It didn't bomb. The infographic is inaccurate. It had a budget of 12.5 mil, and made over 34 million worldwide. That's over 2 : 1 return rate on the money invested, hell that's almost 3:1. That's a box-office success, if not a smash.

Guess it's just the color. (oh _that's_ intuitive!) And the color is determined by what they grossed- which is still printed right there. But how does that make them a bomb? I don't know what their budgets were!

Crank 2 is probably one of my favorite movies ever- just because of how ridiculous it is - smord, on 09/09/2009, -0/+7The saddest part of this is what's not on the list: The dozens and dozens of other horrible, unnecessary sequels that are made every single year and make tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars, thereby encouraging Hollywood to continue to produce even more such sequels, not to mention remakes, prequels, adaptations, spin-offs, etc.

I remembered liking it as a child and it came up on my netflix so I gave it a shot - I wasn't expecting it to be good or anything but it was astoundingly bad. Not "bad", in that, "this is so bad, it's funny" way, just plain bad - in the "wtf were they thinking"-kind of way.

Little something called "story by surprise" that is gone once you finish the first movie....no need for another. That goes for Hostel 2 as well....the first one was good simply because you didn't know what was going on and once you found out you were sucked into the movie.

If you dispute this, you haven't watched Highlander II. Not only is it a ***** film with poor effects, acting, and wide gaping plot holes and contradictions, but it also betrays the entire Highlander plot.
