- Ac1dburn, on 12/12/2008, -3/+53I would love to see a Gambit movie
- superterrorizer, on 12/12/2008, -1/+43Deadpool is beyond awesome. Very underrated. I'm there as long as it's not the standard Marvel affair.
- Rawclyce, on 12/13/2008, -0/+34"Shh, my common sense is tingling."
Greatest thing I ever saw in a comic. I really hope they maintain his wit. - SirBrittanicus, on 12/13/2008, -0/+20How would they break the 4th wall like he did in the comics though?
It's just not the same without those little yellow boxes. :( - hinmanj, on 12/12/2008, -3/+21I'd rather see a Gambit movie because of the character, but Ryan Reynolds would make a Deadpool movie awesome.
- ZincSaucier, on 12/13/2008, -1/+14a deadpool movie would rock the house. and it would probably be hilarious
a gambit move.. i guess id go see it but id rather just see a great movie about all the xmen with gambit in it. - diskoh, on 12/13/2008, -0/+12Because in the comics he looked ultra hetero?
- trer, on 12/13/2008, -2/+13Psylocke-Jean Grey-Storm interracial lesbian porn please.
- iceman0113, on 12/13/2008, -0/+10Nothing will be a bigger flop than Catwoman
- shaun1018, on 12/13/2008, -2/+11Hell yes Ninja Spiderman movie!
- ezmac, on 12/13/2008, -0/+9deadpool is pretty sweet, we can agree on that, but most people have never even heard of him....
- matrix121, on 12/13/2008, -0/+8Oh god Gambit has always been by far my favorite. Hopefully it's not another X-Men 3 though...
- idavidtang, on 12/13/2008, -5/+12Dugg for Remy LeBeau.
- ChromaVita, on 12/13/2008, -1/+8I would love to see a Deadpool movie.
- AnimalTaglits, on 12/13/2008, -1/+7Goddammit. Now I have to change my pants.
- sjbdallas, on 12/13/2008, -0/+6Figured something like this was up when the trailer I saw today titled the movie "X-Men Origins: Wolverine"
Seemed apparent there'd be more. - idavidtang, on 12/13/2008, -0/+6You can't just belittle Gambit like that! His skills with the ladies is incomparable.
- HouseofEl, on 12/13/2008, -0/+5I'm for this only if Marvel is doing them. If Fox is involved then *****'em. This Wolverine film isn't even out and I'm skeptical about how good it is.
- alpharaptor, on 12/13/2008, -1/+6Oooh, I missed you, little yellow boxes! What fun we shall have together!
- ElectroStep, on 12/13/2008, -0/+5I don't really see how he's like wolverine.
- ZincSaucier, on 12/13/2008, -1/+6catwoman is dc
- kwaNgqengelele, on 12/13/2008, -0/+5I do read comics and I'd love to see deadpool. a whole movie for Gambit seems like a bit much though.
- latincrow81, on 12/13/2008, -0/+4i agree gambit is so good on so many levels...i mean he can make everything he touches explode...is like michael bay's wet dream....
- Ghoztt, on 12/13/2008, -0/+4Deadpool must retain its comical out of comic 3rd dimension style - (a la fight club moments....)
'Am I still thinking in those little yellow boxes?'
Good! Oh little yellow boxes! What fun we shall have! - A11YND, on 12/13/2008, -1/+5I'm starting to believe the MTV "splashpage" exists only to point out the plainly ***** obvious. This "news"/rumor has been around and said by the producers since it was announced the characters where in the Wolverine movie.
Way to stay on top of things MTV, can't wait until they break the news next week that Skrulls are, in fact, green. - Uiaccsk, on 12/13/2008, -0/+4if he heard you call him Wolvie, he'd slice you up good.
- rosco01, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3They need to slow things down. For every good or halfway decent xmen movie, eight or nine POS crap superhero movies come out. The public will tire of this very soon at the rate things are going.
- zibox, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3This is awesome but what they also should consider doing is to make a movie on the Age of Apocalypse.
- kwaNgqengelele, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3***** yes. Or the civil war would be awesome. Or that future end of the world tons o sentinels crap would be great too. The secret invasion might be a little to 50 B movie to get away with when you're already making a comic movie.
- ChromaVita, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3STOP THAT!
- SwankRock3000, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3I think initially there was going to be an X-Men Origins: Magneto, but it's been put off for a while.
- arock99, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3always liked Jeff Katz....a true fan!
- L0NER, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3Marvel should take 5% of the money they make off of all these movies and invest them in the new characters. while most of the new characters and stories they create with this money will make very little money now, it will give them plenty of new properties to make movies about 10 years down the road.
- NickLee808, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3Though I remember him in that crappy Blade sequel, Ryan Reynolds will always be Van Wilder to me.
- CoreyTamas, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3The last Tim Burton Batman movie was 1997, and two Batman movies have been made since. I dunno if I'd call that "lately".
- diskoh, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3I'd bet it's as simple as switching Rogue's love interest from Gambit to Iceman because they could show off cooler special effects with ice.
- NickLee808, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3HOW THE HELL IS PEDOBEAR EVEN REMOTELY RELEVANT HERE?!
- Sublex, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3Gambit is my seriously favorite X-Men ever.
They better not eff this up. - Uiaccsk, on 12/13/2008, -0/+3they completely robbed silver surfer of his supreme coolness by putting him in the middle of a ***** ***** *****-o-rama movie
- gall0wsp0le, on 12/14/2008, -0/+2I'll take one of the movies over Marvel's latest, "Mega Crossover that will Change the Entire Cosmology!" storyline of the week.
- superterrorizer, on 12/14/2008, -0/+2They'd have to "Jokerize" Deadpool. He's crazy, like ***** crazy. He even knows he's a comic book character. I think a deadpool movie will work quite well. And Ryan Reynolds is a better actor than some give him credit for.
- mablung, on 12/14/2008, -0/+2Too stocky. I don't think he would be agile enough. Sawyer is pretty badass though.
- brundlefly76, on 12/13/2008, -0/+2I dont want to see them fail to replicate his sense of humor.
Or just as bad, not bother.
Would love to see an X-Force movie! - mablung, on 12/14/2008, -1/+3Purple is the new black yo!
- Ph03N1X418, on 12/13/2008, -0/+2I'd like to see a true Silver Surfer movie; the last Fantastic Four didn't really satisfy me.
No complaints if they find a way to work Jessica Alba into the script, though :) - LordVader666, on 12/15/2008, -0/+2He not only looks like a gay, the actor does not have the aspect from Gambit in the comic
- sniperpants, on 12/14/2008, -0/+2I always thought gambit looked kind of cool but his mutant ability is lame.
- Ph03N1X418, on 12/13/2008, -2/+4I couldn't even finish that Hulk movie (or the first one). Terrible, in my opinion.
Iron Man was pretty cool. Not as good as Dark Knight, but pretty damn good. - kwaNgqengelele, on 12/13/2008, -0/+2Its out there, I've seen it with my own eyes.
- latincrow81, on 01/18/2009, -0/+2the fact that gambit has no story behind it is another plus of the movie because it gives marvel the oportunity to give strength to a character that a lot of people seem to like but nobody knows a lot about, so yeah you're an a-hole...just because the characters background wasn't vital to the storyline of the x-men it doesn't mean it won't be a good story
