Rocky Horror: Stop the Remake

blogs.orlandosentinel.com — Of all the crimes MTV has committed against music, fashion, TV and film, none looms larger than the former music video network's planned remake of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Granted, the original wasn't a classic. It was a cult hit. Emphasis on "cult." And, um, "hit." Anyhoo, there's an online petition to try and stop MTV.

  • OpaqueMurdock, on 08/20/2008, -0/+2It is simply pointless. It was never intended to be anything more or less than it was... its balance was perfect by plan or accident. Trying to accomplish it again is pure arrogance and stupidity.

    All you have to do is look at the rumored casting and the lack of involvement of Richard O'Brian to realize that they don't have a clue.
