- BlackDracula, on 07/16/2009, -0/+25I think he would have been better off letting multiple people do a scene, and then letting people vote for the best one. I kind of doubt everyone who claimed a scene will even follow through and post a submission.
- klitzbtc, on 07/16/2009, -0/+15This is an awesome idea, I just hope not all of them are like: http://www.starwarsuncut.com/#scene43
Either way I'd probably watch it in it's entirety at least once. - Aadain, on 07/16/2009, -0/+11wow, someone has zero creativity.
- lanzemurdok, on 07/16/2009, -0/+8there's always someone that has to complain
- durnit, on 07/16/2009, -0/+7dug for gratuitous Phantom Menace bashing
- magneteye, on 07/16/2009, -0/+6This might be interesting once all the pieces are done. Be fun to see all the different styles made into one cohesive story/film.
- fleischkopf, on 07/16/2009, -0/+4Great! More Star Wars!
- inactive, on 07/16/2009, -0/+4I'm sorry, but that's so full of win I can't stand it. I'm not going to lie - I wish I'd have snagged a scene. How frigging fun would that have been to try to figure out how to do 15 seconds of the cantina scene? Awesome. Yeah, it's going to be mostly horrible, but I'm sure it'll have flashes of occasional greatness. Should be good for at least one viewing.
*insert standard "it can't be any worse than Phantom Menace" joke here* - TheFuzzyOne, on 07/16/2009, -0/+3http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homage
- kanojo1969, on 07/16/2009, -0/+2A great idea but like blacula up there I think he should have let multiple people hit each segment. I saw three when I was there the other day and two of them were just some ***** sitting in front of his pc with the lights off.
- maestroGSWJ, on 07/16/2009, -0/+2Oh hoho! Yes! You say "Great! More Star Wars!" when there already is much Star Wars fan productions around! You say the opposite! It's funny, right? Oh hoho!
- MrOmniscient, on 07/17/2009, -0/+2Why?
- Spinducky08, on 07/16/2009, -1/+3"If more awful reinterpretations are added to the mix, the final product could prove incredibly painful to watch."
I just had to watch the first three "finished" interpretations and THAT was painful to watch. - inactive, on 07/17/2009, -0/+1http://digg.com/television/TV_Cranium_Commercial_C ... - go digg it's real!
- SmurfSlut, on 07/16/2009, -1/+2This is a brilliant idea, for any movie really. Lets get a porno going next. On second thought given the dude to chick ratio that's probably a bad idea.

- inactive, on 07/16/2009, -2/+3Ever notice that the first thing every talentless dork on the Internet tries to do for mass approval is some sort of half-assed Star Wars pastiche? I guess at very least we should all be thankful that the late 90's plague of "it's Pulp Fiction, only with Star Wars characters!" is over.
- Gravedigger3, on 07/16/2009, -12/+0Um, why recreate Star Wars from when it was already good. All submissions are doomed to be worse than the original. They should have done this with Episode's 1-3, then creating something better than the original would be pretty much a guarantee.
