Dollar bills defaced with painted on Joker makeup that had the URL in place at the bottom instead of "One Dollar" were found scattered on the floor at the convention center. Appears to be a park just a few blocks away. It sounds like there is going to be either face painting (They make you up like Heath Ledger in "The Dark Knight") or even possibly extras casting.
