See the yellow box next to the headline? The one with numbers? That shows exactly how many people on this site care about this.
Similarly, see that number to the right of your name in the comment? That shows how many people care about you have to say. - MisterSam, on 10/12/2007, -5/+15I dont agree at all. I thought the Bourne Supremacy was an amazing film and the techniques used emphasize realmism and add to the tension. I prefer the two bourne movies to ANY James Bond movie, (including Casino Royale).

- noumenon, on 10/12/2007, -6/+11@fkr3
yeah.. its pretty unlikely Robert Ludlum is going to write any more Bourne books... or books of any kind, seeing as how he died six years ago.
And he was a ***** author... don't get me wrong, they're fun books to read, but they rank at about a Tom Clancy level of literacy. - daborg, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7Also known as "Spidermon".

- tdk2fe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Maybe your hooked because they are some pretty damn decent movies which don't rely on action or CG (gasp - a good story!) to make money?
- thisdj, on 10/12/2007, -6/+9Borne would win. Bauer = PUSSY
- nakatomiplaza, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5Could be a solid film. The first two were surprisingly decent.
- elektrohrmnx, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4For anyone interested, the song in the trailer is "Weapons of Mass Distortion" by The Crystal Method.

You lost me at "Casino Royale". That was the second best spy thriller I've ever seen (the first would be "Munich"). - tinyjesus, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3or Casino Royale's opening chase scene...
- tinyjesus, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1@TiCL are you lost?
- zdiddy85, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2@fkr3
No, his son or grandson wrote the book. - blimpmaster, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2John McClane
Any day of the week and twice on Sunday.... - Earlofnecromium, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1These movies ruined the books. The bourne supremacy takes place in hong kong for peets sakes. That movie would have been worthj the money to watch. He ***** breaks hong kong apart with letter openers and at one point a sword.
- petro62, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Like others have said my biggest complaint about the Bourne movies(mostly the 2nd one) was the blurriness during the action scenes. I thought the best parts of the films were when Bourne was cornered and everything almost "paused" for a moment then you just him take everyone out. I don't remember which movie or the exact scene, but I want to say it was in customs or when he was going to the bank that he did that. I also like the pen fight he had.
With all that said I will still watch this movie. For some reason I am hooked to the Bourne movies. - EzarKun, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2i likey the shakey camera, it adds to the intensity.
Bourne Supremacy rocked.
I hope hey put this trailer on Xbox Live. - fkr3, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Based on J.R.R.'s notes. Other books have been released post-humously.
But anyway, you're right, he won't be "writing" any more books. But he may have written some that are unpublished, or he may have done the groundwork on others.
I'm just arguing for the sake of arguing, I didn't know he was dead despite having read most of his books. - seansshack, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1the style of fighting in the second was not as real as the first. He trained as a boxer for the first. Even down to breathing (making noise through) his nose. Made the fighting more realistic. Then in the second the style changed totally. If he was that well trained (effectively brainwashed), it would remain the same...
- fkr3, on 10/12/2007, -3/+3How long ago did Tolkien die? Didn't a new Tolkien book just come out?
- EricAnderton, on 10/12/2007, -5/+5But what everyone wants to know is:
Bourne vs Bauer - who wins? - m3mn0n, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3Scientifically speaking, you're an idiot.
- marcamillion, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2And in other news: The interweb tubes were clogged today, due to a flood of 'pirates'.
- SoulMaster2, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3I might have thought it was amazing if I could tell what the hell was going on in most of the scenes, all I could see were two blurs possibly fighting
- killerofkiller, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1universal.. so no blu-ray
- tonich03, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3OMG I agree wholeheartedly, anything was great except for that.
- SoulMaster2, on 10/12/2007, -7/+6Hopefully they'll use a tripod for this movie after the filmmaking disaster that was the Bourne Supremacy

- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2I hope they hold the camera still this time.
- Yancie, on 10/12/2007, -5/+3America, ***** YEAH!
- SoulMaster2, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2You're one hell of a moron if you didn't realize that by saying tripod I meant keeping the camera steady, no matter what they use to do it.
- griz, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2"or sailing through the air as he jumps from one building to the next."
Spider Damon? - thesportoflife, on 10/12/2007, -5/+3umm.... how excatly is this trailer "new"
:| - tonich03, on 10/12/2007, -4/+2You would never guess that he has an Oscar for best screenplay.
- prag, on 10/12/2007, -7/+5I'll skip these movies until they make "The Bourne Stedicam"
- bossm4n, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1If there is as much shaky cam work in this one as in the second, I'm personally flying to Hollywood to kick Paul Greengrass in the sack.
- thedobber, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1The James Bond series has been spinning along merrily for quite some time without Ian Fleming. The majority of the movies aren't even close to the books or are a mishmash of parts from various novels.
To continue the Bourne series, all you'd need is money and a script. Look a Lethal Weapon 4, Alien 4, Star Trek (The Odd Numbers), etc, etc.
I like Ludlums writing, particularly in audiobook format. - m3mn0n, on 10/12/2007, -5/+2You're one hell of a moron if you think Hollywood film makers use tripods.
Have you not seen any extra features from DVD bonus discs? - GeneralKickass, on 10/12/2007, -5/+1He's an idiot even if you don't speak scientifically.
- rogueuk, on 10/12/2007, -5/+0@fkr3
unfortunately the movies are nothing like the books. personally i think if they had stuck to the story properly the movies would have been much better - unusualbob, on 10/12/2007, -7/+1Blu-ray ftw!
who is producing this btw? just too lazy to look. -
