I don't understand why we have to sit and watch commercials after paying almost 10 bucks to see the movie. Its just like premium cable channels the reason they cost more is because they don't have commercials. I wish the movie theaters would wake up and get rid of the commmercials. I guess the reason is the decline in movie ticket sales, but that is mostly due to the high cost of tickets, and the cheap price, and extra features of DVDs. The theaters need to find something to bring the fun back to going out to the movies. One thing is for sure, crappy commercials is not going to do this.

If the ads start at 8:00, but the movie starts at 8:20, they should put that time on the signs, in the papers, online, and everywhere else. I don't mind so much if I'm early and just waiting for the movie to start.
