- tokyoturnip, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Redbox sucks. I have rented about 5 DVDs in total. Of the five only one was able to play all the through to the end because of all the damn scratches. I will say the customer service in refunding the money because of the un-playablity was not bad, but i will not bother renting anymore.
- mlantz7, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Crazy... I have never had an unplayable DVD. Sure I have had some scratched ones, but nothing I couldn't fix with some water or soap.
Of course, the great thing is you can get the movies for free with the codes from the site referenced here, so it is a no brainer.
