Knight Rider coming to a cinema near you

richardwooding.blogspot.com — The popular 1980s TV series Knight Rider, which originally ran from 1982 to 1986, is being transferred to filem by producers Harvey and Bob Weinstein. The TV series made Glen A. Larson and David Hasselhof famous. Also from the Weinstein Company are the movie version of Welcome Back, Kotter and The Equaliser.

  • 16x9, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Of all the science fiction and science fantasy television shows, from the 1960s through the 1980s, that have been made into movies (or brought back to life in some form), the only two that have done it well are Star Trek: TNG and Battlestar Galactica. That's not a good track record.
