- DanteDefiance, on 05/03/2008, -7/+162I have a few questions about the movie:
1. Can he see or is he blind?
2. Has he thoughts within his head?
3. Can he walk at all? Or if he moves will he fall? - bitfreak, on 05/03/2008, -9/+139I just saw Iron Man, and it was GREAT. Please, go check out the reviews on Rotten Tomatoes; this is the highest rated movie of 2008, and the highest rated Super hero movie they've ever had. It really was that good, pulled it off without being schmarmy or pretentious. Even my wife (who hates superhero movies) really enjoyed it. Robert Downey was perfectly cast. 2 thumbs up!
- kev01, on 05/03/2008, -3/+102STAY TO THE END OF THE CREDITS!
STAY TO THE END OF THE CREDITS!!!!!
STAY TO THE END OF THE CREDITS!!!!! - DeepFriedFetus, on 05/03/2008, -8/+79Possibly the greatest superhero movie of ALL-TIME? I seriously can't wait to see it tomorrow, I'm gonna freeze myself and have Butters unfreeze me tomorrow
- ShadySpace, on 05/03/2008, -3/+69Definitely the best superhero movie so far. That is until two months from now when Dark Knight comes out.
- mrgeekguy, on 05/03/2008, -3/+67A Tip if you are going to see the movie:
STAY TO THE END OF THE CREDITS!!!!!
You won't be disappointed!!! - NeoCortex, on 05/03/2008, -2/+60Movie was ***** epic. And a little piece of advice: STAY AFTER THE CREDITS! It will be worth it, trust me.
- theghoul, on 05/03/2008, -4/+50Robert Downey Jr.
- bitfreak, on 05/03/2008, -6/+49I forgot to add, I hope this movie gets younger people and kids in school fired up about technology, science, and engineering, and the possibilities they have for us. Sure, it's a movie, but it can serve as a start to some great conversations about academic pursuits.
- h4mx0r, on 05/03/2008, -1/+44You'll end up waking up in the future only to find that the Iron Man clips no longer work with the holodecks of that age.
- Daggity, on 05/03/2008, -0/+34It got me enthusiastic for Megan Fox, is that close enough?
- RicardoWilliams, on 05/03/2008, -3/+36could it be... i shall find out how great it is today
- inactive, on 05/03/2008, -0/+31Thanks. Now I'll have that tune looping in my head for 2 days.
- zanderw00t, on 05/03/2008, -3/+34Actually, the suit's made out of a gold-titanium alloy. Duh.
- schroeder, on 05/03/2008, -2/+33Have you ever read a comic book?
- LupeFiasco, on 05/03/2008, -4/+34Batman Begins is still my greatest comic movie of all time but, Iron Man is a close second. Watched it last night and it was great. I have been waiting for a while for this flick and it lived up to me expectations. Kudos to cast and crew.
Now if Hulk and the upcoming Thor movie can be as good we might actually see an Avengers flick. - commenter01, on 05/03/2008, -1/+31Iran Mon? Goddamn these Jamaican-Iranians with their suits of armor.
- graemee, on 05/03/2008, -0/+28Unless the theatre does what mine did, cut the credits off. EMPIRE Theatres ***** You.
- manfrin, on 05/03/2008, -5/+33Way to not get the concept of movies at all.

Stark walks into his living room. The lights are dim. It's evening. Stark is surprised to see a figure standing in his living room gazing out the window.
Stark: Who the hell are you?!?
The figure turns around. It's Samuel J. Jackson. He has a patch over one of his eyes.
"My name is Nick Fury, and I'm the director of SHIELD. You have no idea what you've gotten yourself into. You've just stepped into a larger 'universe'.
I'm here because I want to speak with you... about the Avengers Initiative."
(fade to black) - roosterjack, on 05/03/2008, -1/+27A date with my son tomorrow....Gotta find out for myself.
- westhepirate, on 05/03/2008, -1/+26I just got back from seeing it. MAKE SURE you stick around after the credits. It's worth the 5-minute wait.
- TripcodeMel, on 05/03/2008, -0/+24Iron Man, the song, is about a guy who travels to the future and sees the apocalypse, then ends up being the cause of it when he tries to go back to the past.
- JakeyG14, on 05/03/2008, -3/+27You couldn't just leave it be...
- inactive, on 05/03/2008, -0/+24I swear... It's almost worth it to me to see the movie just for the brief clip featuring Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.
- infinityredux, on 05/03/2008, -4/+27This is only because The Dark Knight isn't out yet
- kev01, on 05/03/2008, -1/+21alright, let's just say, at the end of the movie, i rated it a 9.5/10 ... after the credits... it was an 11/10 !!!
- Derelict267, on 05/03/2008, -2/+22If you stay after the credits Iron Man is confronted by Nick Fury (Samuel L. mother ***** Jackson) to join the Avengers.
- NathanielJ, on 05/03/2008, -3/+23Shakira, Shakira.
- inactive, on 05/03/2008, -8/+28Just like Transformers got kids enthusiastic about technology, science, and engineering, and the possibilities they have for us, right? Nope.
- BestJaxx, on 05/03/2008, -0/+20He is completely fine, the one with the handicaps is Aluminum Man.
- Rockmaninoff, on 05/03/2008, -0/+19You can't possibly hope to get a movie theater experience from your 15.4" laptop screen, can you?
Go see it in theaters.
Even if you've got an in-home theater, there's nothing that can quite compare. - inactive, on 05/03/2008, -3/+20Shut the ***** up.
- jcaffoe, on 05/03/2008, -0/+17It was pretty cool seeing the Starcraft II trailer cut in about halfway through the movie ;)
It's definitely a great movie and a lot of fun. Make sure to stay through the credits! - inactive, on 05/03/2008, -3/+18Shut the ***** up.
- tattertech, on 05/03/2008, -1/+16Uhhh really? Dude.... RT isn't a blog...
- bassman12593, on 05/03/2008, -1/+15its called a comic book superhero. Had you no childhood?
- PixelMagic, on 05/03/2008, -3/+17Samuel L. Jackson.
- fjeirsou, on 05/03/2008, -0/+14Yeah, how dare movies transport us to a world of mystery and wonder!
- JeffD, on 05/03/2008, -0/+13Yeah but transformers sucked, whereas Iron Man was great. Plus... super genius engineer who builds his own mech suit and becomes a super hero vs space alien robots? Its no contest, the guy who builds his own suit does a better job at encouraging people to think about science/engineering than robots that just appeared out of no where.

Samuel L Jackson is Nick Fury from SHIELD. Drops hints of the Avengers Initiative. - lunachique, on 05/03/2008, -1/+13By far the best Marvel movie. Glad to see that Gyneth Paltrow didn't Dunst up the movie. Jeff Bridges was sooooo good. I didn't even recognize him at first!
- AzraDarkness, on 05/03/2008, -1/+13Agreed, this is one of the best movies I have seen..Gwenth and Rob worked great together. I havent seen a comic movie of this caliber in a long time, if there ever was one! 2 Thumbs and a foot!
- gkwillie, on 05/03/2008, -0/+12I also agree. That was the best big budget hollywood flick I have seen in a long time. It delivered what it promised without being patronizing or oversimplified. For a superflick, it was superbly done. One of the finest of the year without a doubt.
- NeoCortex, on 05/03/2008, -1/+13I think they must have been singing about Ozzy.
- whatthefu, on 05/03/2008, -0/+12I'm seeing this movie in about a half hour and if you are lying and I am going to be so sad.
- LemmingJesus, on 05/03/2008, -0/+11What did I miss?
- fjeirsou, on 05/03/2008, -1/+12It's cool to hate things people like.
- tattertech, on 05/03/2008, -0/+10Really? No clue on Iron Man. Wow...
