  • Radan, on 07/16/2008, -0/+2That is pretty much what differs a TV series from a regular movie. In a movie the hero usually fails maximum two times and then he succeeds which makes the movie end. A TV series however, the heroes never succeeds, which makes the show go on, and on, and on, and on, and on, until the channel pulls to show from air because of low ratings.

    The four (or more) section format of the classic Doctor really did make sure that nothing worked out right during the first 3 episodes of any story.

    Dukes of Hazzard? Maybe. But something always had to go wrong for Boss and Roscoe to chase them.
