- RobotBuddha, on 04/19/2009, -0/+2It's a great idea, and I'm all for anything that allows people easier access to indi movies. I have a couple problems with it as the channel stands as a deployment platform for indi movies though. The biggest is that it's on tv in the first place. People I know in the 18-25 indi movie watching demographic ditched cable for streaming and less legal methods a long time ago. Still, given that they are a tv service, I really can't complain even if offering it by internet with ads or by paid subscription could be nice.
The larger issue is with speed of release. Looks like all the zombie movies listed are already in well seeded torrents. Though that does tend to be more rare with indi movies. Still, the biggest thing I'd hope for is a wider scope of available titles than what can be found through torrents, and faster speed in getting them up. - Zodiacspeaking, on 04/20/2009, -0/+2cool!
