Pixar are absolute masters at making movies with very little or no dialogue (more notable in their short stuff, but Wall-E was incredibly sparse with dialogue). If a director was good enough to really flesh out the relationship between Agro and Wander while also possibly portraying the boy's reluctance to kill these peaceful beasts and his drive to go on to save his love. I mean. There is a *****-ton to work with.
Unfortunately, the public is more interested in guns, sex scenes, explosions, and blood. They're probably going to rape the hell out of this movie. - MasterGrief, on 04/08/2009, -0/+3Totally worth buying a PS2. Shadow of the Colossus is one of the most awe-inspiring games I've ever played, and one of my favorites of all time. I'm pretty sure it hasn't been announced yet, but whatever the sequel is, I'm buying a PS3 for it.

I want to re-live the experience I had while I was playing it. The excitement of each boss and the unspoken relationship between Agro and Wander.

Too bad they're not gonna get a good enough screenwriter/producer/actor to fulfill the spots.

I didn't really like the Fountain much, but if they somehow got Darren Aronofsky on board and he could use that same dream-like setting with very little actual dialogue to his benefit, it could be good (I do, however, like all of his other work immensely.)
Given the director that they actually gave it to, this will be a disappointment. -
