- sorrydigg, on 07/08/2009, -2/+34"To be fair, this is the best trailer I've seen in a long time and I would know, I was a film major."
***** you. - Greyscale88, on 07/08/2009, -1/+33Wait so there's no battle and no Funeral? Soooo..........................how the ***** does the movie end?
- WELLDOITLIVE, on 07/08/2009, -1/+26Obi Wan Kano?
Is that like Qui-Gon Raiden? - CB810, on 07/08/2009, -10/+34I'm nervous that my wife is going to make me see it...
- GusCrown, on 07/08/2009, -2/+24No battle and no funeral? I really hope this isn't true. That would be one of the stupidest things to leave out of the movie.
I have an idea, for the next movie, let's leave the following out:
- The battle
- Harry's conversation with Dumbledore
- All the deaths
I know about adding your own touch to a story, but give me a freaking break, there are things essential to the story. I bet that for the next one, he will remove something important just to keep all the crap with Harry and the gang camping across the country. - scottcxv, on 07/08/2009, -2/+21dumbledore is, and i kid not, gay
- preppypoof, on 07/08/2009, -3/+22@dumass4u: one of the few times I've ever seen someone incorrectly use "you're" instead of "your"
how does this make sense: "step 2: put you are junk in that box"
edit: ok i just noticed you spelled "hole" as "whole". are you being dumb on purpose to live up to your username? - Bean1Bandit, on 07/08/2009, -0/+18Voldemort kills Snape
- GusCrown, on 07/08/2009, -2/+20Dumbledore was going to die anyways.
- themadrammer, on 08/18/2009, -0/+16Why not just show it to her at home while watching TV. He is married to her. You use the Popcorn trick on your neighbor's daughter.
- djm19, on 07/08/2009, -0/+16I dont know where this story is getting its angle. The majority of reviews so far have been overall positive. Just look at a site like rottentomatoes.
If all the reviews share one message it is this: Its better than the 5th movie, it has the best acting of the whole series so far, its less fanciful and more serious perhaps, it doesnt follow the book scene for scene but is perhaps better for it. - GThrift, on 07/08/2009, -2/+17So with no Hogwarts battle and no funeral, what is the point of this movie? They might as well have skipped to the find one.
- CrimsonBlur, on 07/08/2009, -0/+15What the hell is this article talking about? This movie has an 88% on Rotten Tomatoes. That's pretty damn good unless you are trying to win the Oscar for Best Picture.
- WELLDOITLIVE, on 07/08/2009, -1/+14They have photoshopped her boobs to look bigger in previous movie posters. I'm pretty sure most people are aware of puberty.
- sockpuppets, on 07/08/2009, -0/+13Popcorn trick her.
- WraTH017, on 07/08/2009, -1/+14Just as long as they still have the giant squid, I'm happy.
- stuffradio, on 07/08/2009, -0/+12Better yet, just leave out all the cast and have a 2 hour cameo of Emma Watson re-enacting all the scenes by herself!
- dumass4u, on 07/08/2009, -1/+13Nope it just comes naturally.
- deaftly, on 07/08/2009, -4/+16Isn't Harry Potter in his 40's now?
- nubnub, on 07/08/2009, -1/+13She's 19 now?
- yocouchdigga, on 07/08/2009, -2/+14it's going to disappoint anyone that's read the novel so pretty much... everyone.
- nipterink, on 07/08/2009, -3/+14i'm nervous i won't have my wand in time to bring to the premiere. hurry up ollivander!
- inactive, on 07/08/2009, -3/+13Like it or hate it, you can't deny the boob lift Emma gets with every new movie poster.
- hatdrop, on 07/08/2009, -0/+9yes i would have skipped to the find one too
- dumass4u, on 07/08/2009, -8/+17step 1: Cut a whole in the box
step 2: put you're junk in that box
step 3: ??
step 4: profit. - djAnakin, on 07/08/2009, -1/+10When it's all said and done, they're gonna end up completely ***** up every single one of these movies. From random changes [ie Neville instead of Dobby], and inventing new scenes [the Burrow in HBP], to deleting pivotal scenes, they just can't do anything right.
What they should of done is stuck to the books, deleted UNIMPORTANT scenes, and made theatrical versions, and longer special editions, like LOTR did.
Lame. Congrats Yates and WB... you'd done it again. And that's not a compliment. - hatdrop, on 07/08/2009, -0/+9"this is fuzzy bunny, about a year ago he started noticing his voice was changing, he was getting acne, and he had fur where there was no fur before..."
- inactive, on 07/08/2009, -2/+10is this the kind of man we want teaching our young wizards and witches? What if he tries to convert them?
- AmusedToDeath, on 07/08/2009, -3/+11Boy are you gonna be disappointed.
- fxu1989, on 07/08/2009, -2/+10ASS-PECTO PENETR-OLA!!
- fuzzyllama, on 07/08/2009, -4/+12It's a good thing I'm not a fan because that would make me nervous.
- WraTH017, on 07/08/2009, -0/+8There actually is a giant squid in Harry Potter... It lives it that lake by the castle, but now that you mention it, I don't think it's ever even been mentioned in the movies...
*****! - Daxx22, on 07/08/2009, -0/+7Giggity giggity goo!
- Frodoholic, on 07/08/2009, -0/+6I try to avoid reading anything about the HP movies, I try not to even watch the previews. I'm a huge fan and like to be totally surprised. But there I went and read this article because curiosity got the best of me. I'm appalled they cut Dumbledore's funeral. It is a poignant and moving part of the series...I'm completely confused as to how they will deal with his death now. Only a week to wait.
- pathy, on 07/08/2009, -2/+8The problem I've had with all of these movies so far is that they cut so much content from the books.
I've been listening to all the books on audio the past few weeks (<3 Stephen Fry's voice), then spotted Goblet of Fire on, watched a little bit of it annnnd... Yikes. So much cut out. So much different. So much condensed.
I guess it's because they're making the movies for kids, but still, it's too bad. They should really be longer. - inactive, on 07/08/2009, -3/+9emma watson.....that is all
- Konrad9, on 07/08/2009, -2/+7I'm just nervous the nude scene with Emma Watson will get cut again.
- Eurynom0s, on 07/08/2009, -2/+7Oh god. I'm pissed off but I'll probably live; but prepare for people to be rioting.
- Angostura, on 07/08/2009, -0/+5It's very, very simple. You don't have to read the reviews.
Now go home and buy yourself a shift-key and the ability to spell n stuff. - mrpunman, on 07/09/2009, -0/+5Riddikulus!
- Panikinap, on 07/08/2009, -0/+4this is retarded; but yet again I hope they have it as the opening scene for the next movie ; THAT IS THE ONLY WAY
I WILL ALLOW THIS TO CONTINUE - pathouston22, on 07/08/2009, -1/+5How many movies will there be? I still havn't seen any of them, I'd prefer to wait for them all out them watch them over the course of a week, instead of 10 years.
- CleoQKazoo, on 07/08/2009, -1/+5Harry Potter is *the *****
