- thegamingguy, on 10/28/2008, -0/+19Sadly I am not a fan of the Rob Zombie attempt. Michael Myers is still probably my favorite character from horror movies.
- RandomEyes, on 10/28/2008, -3/+17that thumbnail is actually Michael Myers if inserted into Alice in Wonderland
- scott12087, on 10/28/2008, -1/+131, 2, and H20 were amazing. Don't bother seeing the rest. Especially the Rob Zombie remake. That thing was a load of crap.
- spookyttws, on 10/29/2008, -0/+9At least they didn't take the franchise into Space...I'm looking at you Jason X.
- deweyhewson, on 10/29/2008, -0/+6My favorite "scary" franchise by far.
I make a point of watching the I and II back to back each Halloween.
The rest (not counting the non-Myers crap-fest that was III) are really more for Halloween-buffs, but the original is simply classic cinema. - vannoy, on 10/29/2008, -1/+7And I say you are ***** retarded..
- niner9, on 10/29/2008, -0/+4The official website of Michael Myers
http://halloweenmovies.com/ - ZombieSociety, on 10/29/2008, -1/+5Is it really a spoiler, or really a revelation, when it happens five minutes into the movie?
- JEWestbrookJR, on 10/29/2008, -0/+3I met Tommy Lee Wallace on Sunday (the original Michael Meyers) I was too star-struck to remember to ask what I've really wanted to know: What did he think of the Zombie re-make?
- ZombieSociety, on 10/29/2008, -0/+3The saddest thing about Jason in space was that Mad TV already did it about six years earlier.
- ZombieSociety, on 10/29/2008, -0/+3Protip: The newest installment was Resurrection.
- ZombieSociety, on 10/29/2008, -1/+4H20 was "amazing?" lulz
- Dagreenman, on 10/29/2008, -0/+3i wish they continued on with the plans they had for the series after 3. if 3 didn't bomb, there would have been an anual Halloween movie with a different story everytime. like saw with better stories and less suck.
- riptor666, on 10/29/2008, -0/+2I'm not a fan of the original I had to wait over an hour for anything to bloody happen I was bored to death.
- peestandingup, on 10/29/2008, -0/+22nd favorite for me.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre will always be tops. And no, not that horrible remake. - Simon201, on 10/29/2008, -0/+2Anyone else think the comment/picture by "Dr. Jay" to "Tessa" at the bottom is the scariest part of this blog?
- Bloodwine, on 10/29/2008, -0/+2H20 was the best Halloween movie since 1 & 2 (I consider 2 more of a continuation of 1 instead of a sequel)
- vannoy, on 10/29/2008, -0/+2I won't try to convince you that Jason X was anything other then a horrible movie, it was pretty much the only option they had left with Jason.. It's a fun movie...
- ZombieSociety, on 10/29/2008, -0/+2Not really. People wanted to see Jason attack in winter. Don't ask me why, but they did.
- form3hide, on 10/29/2008, -0/+2Hey, some people just like to ***** retardly. I like ***** like an animal.
- illusiveninja, on 10/29/2008, -0/+1Is there going to be more?
- michaelamyers, on 10/29/2008, -2/+3My ass still hurts from Rob Zombie bending me over a table.
- scott12087, on 10/29/2008, -0/+1H20 took a dying series, which was going the way of Friday the 13th, and totally rebooted it, even if it only lasted for one movie. Ok, maybe it wasn't as "amazing" as 1 and 2, but it's definitely a good horror movie, unlike the others in the series which aren't even worth seeing.
- deweyhewson, on 10/29/2008, -2/+3Sadly?!?
Rob Zombie turned a great film into a two-hour-long White Zombie music video. - hoisonsauce, on 10/29/2008, -0/+1Has anyone seen the original cut for Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers? It's actually pretty ***** rad (the idea anyway).
- zonk3r, on 10/29/2008, -0/+1Or into "The Hood" (Leprechaun 4: In The Hood).
- NathanielJ, on 10/29/2008, -1/+1Yes. It's a spoiler/revelation if it completely changes how you view part of the movie, which it does.
- dalnet22, on 10/29/2008, -4/+4I thought Rob Zombie's attempt was cool. But it wasn't scary.
- thecorch, on 10/29/2008, -2/+2How is this a review of the Halloween franchise if the author hasn't even seen the newest installment? What a cop out.
- NathanielJ, on 10/29/2008, -5/+4"We’re introduced to the mass murderer known as Michael Myers, who killed his sister when he was only 6 years old."
I know that the movie is really old and therefore spoiler warnings are kinda thrown to the wayside, but I really wish people wouldn't do stuff like that when writing these articles. The revelation that he was 6 years old was the best part of Halloween, and it would have been just as easy to summarize the movie without that tidbit of info. - Spymodhf, on 10/29/2008, -3/+2Those poster's look scary.... i think i just wet myself...
- krnldmp, on 10/29/2008, -3/+1It's all *****.
- chaos7, on 10/29/2008, -8/+1i say rob zombie's halloween is better than the original
