- MrSprout, on 10/11/2007, -5/+23Spider-Man 3 had me too horrified to watch already this year.
- f4nt0m4s, on 10/11/2007, -1/+181408 looks like it has a lot of potential to be a good horror/thriller flick
- newsheatdotcom, on 10/11/2007, -1/+12Dear Digg Administrators,
Can we please block any post that contains the url for search jerk? This site is spamming your stories to death, and pops up in too many users to block.
Thanks,
Digg Users - JonnyTrombone, on 10/11/2007, -0/+9"Fido" looks pretty awesome.
- mywhitenoise, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9Stop with your spamming, you stupid *****.
- McTendo, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9I'm blocking you up and throwing away the key
- Scyth3, on 10/11/2007, -1/+7Regarding Rob Zombie and Halloween: It's going to be 50/50 as to whether it's good. The reviews on the script at the end of last year (and early this year) were that it was terrible. He then pushed back production and made a ton of rewrites. Whether or not that pays off, is another story. I've never been a big fan of Zombie's directing, but we'll see what he can do since he's aiming for the "old school vibe" of the movie.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5Black Sheep looks like a classic!
- Spacejack, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Well, traditionally the Halloween series empathizes with the victim/hero, y'know. That might be a bit of a stretch for Rob Zombie.
- rstarr, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Or do it on these websites:
thepiratebay.org
demonoid.com
torrentspy.com
...or any of the other million or so torrent sites.
But really...did you think that would work here?
This isn't myspace. - drexl, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3I agree with the Halloween posts. Myers is one creepy bastard. I hope R. Zombie does a good job. I have faith thoough, I mean look at his other movies, his music, and tattoos for that matter.
That movie The Signal sounds like a rip off of Stephen Kings book Cell, which is also slated to be a movie directed by Eli Roth. - Tempest811, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2although, as with all stephen king movies, the buildup and suspense will be fantastic only to be ruined by a horrendously stupid ending. I would love to be wrong though
- LogicBomB, on 10/11/2007, -0/+228 weeks later should have been added, even if it's already in theaters. The movie REALLY exceeded all expectations in my mind. It's on par with the first and I think I enjoyed it even more than the first quite honestly.
- iwanttodiggthis, on 10/11/2007, -0/+113!
Which, of course, stands for 1337!
Stephen King is 1337. - sofaKing812, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1This is one reason why I am looking forward to black sheep. I can't wait to see how they make this look.
http://www.wetaworkshop.co.nz/projects/filmography/film/black_sheep - encognito, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I read Stephen King’s “1408” short story and loved it. However, movies based on King’s work especially his short stories have been hit or miss at best. So, I was quite skeptical about this movie being any good much less true to the story. But after watching that trailer, I can confidently declare that this will be the first movie of the summer for me. I wonder if they will work the alien nature of the ghost into the movie. Also, “The Signal” looks like it was based on King’s “Cell” book.
p.s.
1+4+0+8==? - Foenetik, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1I just watched Fido and I can confirm that it is indeed a bucket full of awesome.

That picture is creepy - I love stupid horror movies! - diggan8, on 10/11/2007, -3/+4Captivity: If there is any hope for Elisha Cuthbert to show her chesticles, I'm game.
- smoreorless, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1http://astore.amazon.com/horrormovie06-20
- whatthejish, on 10/11/2007, -1/+1I saw Black Sheep and The Signal at the SXSW film festival
the good: The Signal will be an instant favorite, one of the best zombie-ish movies i've seen in awhile
the bad: Black Sheep sucks beyond belief and constantly disappoints
and yeah, i was blazed both times :) - BamB00, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0my vote goes to 1408
- airquotes, on 10/11/2007, -1/+11408 looks good ... I liked hostel 1 so will give the sequel a chance.. never heard of the strangers before, but looks worth seeing.. But Black sheep, ah... that looks ***** hilarious.
- haoest, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0Captivity is the one, the only.
I want to see Elisha get chased, I do. - pcformat, on 10/11/2007, -0/+0Some of it is pretty bad
- Monkeyy, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1Gotta love the senseless killing in 28 Weeks later, the random shocks you get also make it a great horror film. Best part had to be the helecopter blade killing a huge group of zombies, never seen so much blood in a film
- thethresh, on 10/11/2007, -3/+2Disturbia (though not horror by definition) was damned scary fun! Go see it. (plug)
- btbridges, on 10/11/2007, -2/+1that's the only one on that list that i had any interest in.
eli roth? no thanks.
just because it's filled with gore doesn't make it a horror film. - agent42, on 10/11/2007, -4/+3I think this site gamed its way up to the front page.
- messias6, on 10/11/2007, -1/+0I like is a great guide for who likes horror movies =P
I be so scared, but have people that like - rstarr, on 10/11/2007, -4/+228 Weeks Later was solid also.
Although the eye-gouging nearly made me vomit.
Seriously. - LordSkywalker, on 10/11/2007, -6/+4Elisha Cuthbert...
Also, I'm hoping Rob Zombie's Halloween doesn't suck as badly as I assume it will. - tdogg241, on 10/11/2007, -3/+1A little bit of soap and water will get that sand right out of your vagina.
- readme, on 10/11/2007, -4/+2Eli Roth's a hack. I don't know why Tarantino associated himself with Hostel.
- simondotcalvin, on 10/11/2007, -8/+4Buried. Title of the article should be "I watched some trailers for some movies and am blog-spamming digg." No insider info - dude hasn't even seen one of the movies. We all know you can't judge a movie (horror especially) by it's trailer, but that's all this guy did. Lame.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -13/+9Really looking forward to seeing Halloween, only because Rob Zombie is directing.
- mywhitenoise, on 10/11/2007, -6/+1Halloween. Though I'm disappointed that they changed the mask, even though Zombie SAID they were going to keep everything in it's original form (including story, mask, and theme), doesn't look like it.
- logicalnoise, on 10/11/2007, -8/+3@summerseve your right evil dead 1 is exactly the same as evil dead 2. and the excorsist is exactly the same as dawn of the dead.
- blargsoup, on 10/11/2007, -9/+3Should be good! He had a part in the writing too.
- Zombi, on 10/11/2007, -9/+2Can't wait to see Hostel Part 2. I can't believe they didn't suggest Bug though, Friedkin (The Exorcist) knows how to do horror.
- SummersEve, on 10/11/2007, -12/+2horror movies are the same thing over and over again I don't see how people still like them
- tsctsc, on 10/11/2007, -13/+2He's going to butcher Halloween worse than Michael butchered Judith.
