- sulthernao, on 07/15/2009, -0/+7I picked up To Kill a Mockingbird about 3 different times and I couldn't get past the first page. Does that make it garbage? Then the fourth time I sat down with I actually read past the first page and finished the book. It's now one of my favorite books.
And the first chapter of Harry Potter is not even in the series' normal Harry-centric narration. That and the fact that first few books in the series are far more childish than the later books (the books progresses as the reader got older), so I'm not surprised if someone didn't get grabbed when they were in 7th grade. - ultraseamus, on 07/15/2009, -1/+8Wha?
