Ebert and Roeper No Longer 'At the Movies'
getthebigpicture.net — Roger Ebert and Richard Roeper are leaving the long-running syndicated show, 'At the Movies with Ebert and Roeper,' after contract talks with Disney stalled. I'm still hoping Roger can recover his speaking voice one day and return to televsion. Roeper, I'm not so much concerned about.

- l31101, on 07/22/2008, -0/+1I'm speechless. I enjoyed the show a lot, and respected their opinions. I may have disagreed on some of the movies, but I learned a lot from them. I also liked Michale Phillips, who replaced Ebert. Phillips will be a great critic, and from what i understand, he and Roeper may continue with a similar show on another station. Either way good luck to all.
