- pingpants, on 07/04/2008, -7/+75Not to be a dirty, inglorious ingrate, but it's called "Inglorious Bastards" not "Dirty Bastards."
- Enderplayer1, on 07/05/2008, -0/+32but this one goes to 11
- Dshiznit5435, on 07/04/2008, -4/+31I thought it was called Inglorious Bastards...
- TheKarmaPolice, on 07/05/2008, -0/+25...but this goes to 11. it's one louder.
this has to be england's loudest flash player. - Cenobite, on 07/05/2008, -1/+24Why don't they just make ten louder and make ten be the top number?
- HuskyPuzzle, on 07/04/2008, -4/+27He is "on the edge" he can barely sit still for an interview. But also a genius.
- inactive, on 07/05/2008, -0/+21does he always snort coke before he talks?
- inactive, on 07/04/2008, -2/+16Looking forward to this. I am interested to see what his take will be on war films. The Dirty Dozen is a good launching pad though.
- rheaume, on 07/05/2008, -2/+15Huge QT fan and I gotta say Im VERY pumped about this!
Please don't suck :) - ripple123, on 07/05/2008, -0/+9He sounds like a man whos busy making Awesome.
- inactive, on 07/05/2008, -4/+13Sucks to be you.
Kill Bill was awesome. So was Jackie Brown. - Arcae, on 07/05/2008, -2/+10I love how he is still excited to make these movies. It really makes me excited to go see them because he puts so much into it.
- themaestro18, on 07/04/2008, -3/+10As long as it has as much blood as Kill Bill, I'll love it. http://www.bestsnippets.com/post/39222293/best-mov ...
- gnews, on 07/05/2008, -0/+6Didn’t expect everyone to ‘get’ the title.
Quentin Tarantino: ‘It started of as a Dirty Dozen kind of thing and then morphed into … Inglorious Bastards’ - sugarazor, on 07/05/2008, -0/+5Well you can't really count one film split into two as two double features.
- praisethelard, on 07/05/2008, -0/+5GTK+ all the way!
- Saulidus, on 07/05/2008, -6/+11Inglorious
- amanilaenvelope, on 07/05/2008, -0/+5you really got nothing better to do than post the same ***** comment for the past hour. go back to trolling 4-chan
- Cenobite, on 07/05/2008, -1/+6Spectacular fail, Zimarooski.
- shwang, on 07/05/2008, -1/+6whats all this "long awaited" nonsense... Death Proof came out last year
- SoldOutMatinee, on 07/05/2008, -2/+7sucks that you missed the crazy 88, go go yubari and lucy liu's epic showdown.
- FurryToaster, on 07/05/2008, -1/+6That's a big ass mountain to get climb by next year's Cannes. Steve Buscemi better be part of it.
- inactive, on 07/05/2008, -0/+5Dude, really? The greatest martial art movies ever? 1970s Sonny Chiba, Enter the Dragon and anything produced by Run Run Shaw beats the snot out of Kill Bill. Boy, you really need to expand your cinematic horizon.
- danharlow, on 07/05/2008, -1/+6You would too if you had to deal with the media.
- inactive, on 07/05/2008, -0/+4if anything, he needs more coffee..so he can make more than 1 film every 4 years
- DayTripper47, on 07/05/2008, -0/+4I just watched "Paths of Glory," and did anyone else notice the plot is kind of like "Paths Of Glory" backwards?
Paths of Glory: Suicide mission -> Firing squad
Inglorious Bastards: Firing squad -> Suicide mission - inactive, on 07/05/2008, -5/+9tarantino has a wild childlike energy and enthusiasm I wish I had. If I had his energy I could rule the world.
- NinjaPig, on 07/05/2008, -1/+5One part they left out:
You guessed it, its two films.
Making this his 4th double feature. In a row.
No, really. I'm not joking
http://www.aintitcool.com/node/37149 - AlexanderZero, on 07/05/2008, -1/+5What video codec or plugin do I need to watch this video? I would like to see it. T.T
- Sanctums, on 07/05/2008, -0/+3For ***** sake; go the ***** back to /b/.
- webcrumb, on 07/05/2008, -1/+4I'd hit it.
- dsmx, on 07/05/2008, -0/+3Because 11 IS louder than 10 it must be because it's 1 louder.
- inactive, on 07/05/2008, -0/+3Use cocaine if you don't have it naturally.
- BiIlyMays, on 07/05/2008, -2/+5I assume, like all of his movies, this will be family friendly?
- ripple123, on 07/05/2008, -1/+3your right. his response to those paparazzi was totally inappropriate. he shoulda pulled out a .44 and blown their ***** paparazzi heads away.
- ATLien74, on 07/05/2008, -0/+2Awesome. Tarantino doing a "Dirty Dozen" type thing should kick some major ass.
- gnews, on 07/05/2008, -0/+2Another one!
- warplayer, on 07/05/2008, -0/+2I see what you did there. I mean, it's not supposed to be super funny, but it's a decent play on words.
- descrysis, on 07/05/2008, -1/+3Uh... and Freakin' RESERVOIR DOGS/PULP FICTION!
- Jaidee, on 07/05/2008, -0/+2I feel for you, gnews. Something tells me that the irony of revid_ffurn's comment is somewhat lost on him.
- adventflux, on 07/05/2008, -0/+2Is it me or does the voiceover guy have a lisp?
- LeonidasStokely, on 07/05/2008, -0/+2Care to elaborate?
- MidnightRIder77, on 07/05/2008, -1/+3It's been loading for the past 15 minutes.
- rheaume, on 07/05/2008, -0/+1It says Flash9 on the player. I'm assuming you'll need a widely used OS and browser, like IE and FF, as well as XP or MacOS of whatever those cigarette cases run.
- NinjaPig, on 07/05/2008, -0/+1kill bill vol1 and 2 are counted as 2 and then grindhouse= 3
- optoomistic, on 07/05/2008, -1/+2living legend
- Sanctums, on 07/05/2008, -0/+1Thats very true, but I think paths of glory has an underlying anti-war theme, I don't see QT doing that.
- sugarazor, on 07/05/2008, -0/+1You can't really blame the studios when a film being long is generally considered a bad thing. Look at Grindhouse - it flopped in the theaters because it was too long and people didn't get the concept. Moviegoers don't want to sit in a theater for four hours, so studios aren't going to make long movies. Some things get away with it - Lord of the Rings, I hear The Dark Knight clocks in at around three hours - but those are established properties with devoted fanbases.
- rheaume, on 07/05/2008, -0/+1http://www.aintitcool.com/node/37149
But then I started thinking about it, the more the ***** better, sometimes a great idea needs more time to unfold -
