Reply: I'm Gina's Aunt Gail and I'm maintaining this website for my sister, Gina's mother. Thank you for your remembrance of Gina. So many people have moved away from the old neighborhood that it's easy to forget how many people are still here. When we first moved here, I can remember we used to all sit on the stoops and the whole neighborhood knew each other. But that was before the Stratalinni's Grocery on the corner was burned down--I remember Gina and her sister used to beg for quarters to go down there and buy candy.
It was a different place then. Now I know my son will never allow my new grandson to go down to the avenue on his own. Everybody is locked up tight in the evening, we don't see each other. It takes a tragedy to remember we have neighbors.
Thank you for reminding us.

Once validated, your tip will be entered into our database for processing. - AshamedAmerican, on 11/24/2007, -2/+12The general movie audience, who still thinks Jack Nicholson was the ***** as The Joker, is in for a rude, rude awakening come July.
The scene in in the interrogation room where Batman ruthlessly beats the living ***** out of Joker (and he laughs his ass off, loving ever second of it) is damn ugly. - Skitzzo, on 11/24/2007, -2/+12gah, I can't freaking wait.
- drizzlelicious, on 11/24/2007, -2/+10Read up one comment.
- swanny89, on 11/24/2007, -0/+8If you go to www.whysoserious.com theres a ransom-note images with instructions for a lot of major cities. Its says to "take pictures" and send them to the Joker.
- Gotskate, on 11/24/2007, -0/+3this is nuts. i dont know if anyone noticess but there is a piece of tape over the gotham times mobsters fight for dominance article. you can click it but nothing happens but why would they put it there if you cant click.
- sniperboy67, on 11/24/2007, -1/+4this better be a good movie
- Falldog, on 11/24/2007, -0/+3Well I know what I'm doing this weekend.
I don't see how to send it to the Joker though (/dumb). - sesstreets, on 11/24/2007, -0/+3Viral Marketing ftw
- drizzlelicious, on 11/24/2007, -1/+3And as of now, yours is -1". Or -23", if you want to use your previous comment to measure it
- AshamedAmerican, on 11/24/2007, -1/+3Troll appearance by nature, behavior by choice.
- swanny89, on 11/24/2007, -0/+2According to the story, the applications were sent to HumanResources@whysoserious.com, so give that a try.
- Encablossa, on 11/26/2007, -0/+2Shemale
- TwwIX, on 11/24/2007, -1/+3I hear The Joker shops at Walmart.
Even he appears to be on a budget these days. - inactive, on 11/24/2007, -0/+1That actually ended quite a while ago. If you click on the slicing thing it reveals an image of the Joker and another link (which has also already ended.)
- Cl1mh4224rd, on 11/24/2007, -0/+1They already did that for Lost...
- AshamedAmerican, on 11/24/2007, -1/+2Skank girl buried.
- llamagorama, on 11/24/2007, -0/+1You gotta click and drag. It's a little tricky, but underneath is a link to thehahahatimes.com
- llamagorama, on 11/24/2007, -0/+1And there's a secret message at thehahahatimes.com that leads you to the next step. I'd suggest if you like word puzzles to take a go at it yourself. If not, it's been cracked enough you should find the link to it easy.
- FunnelWeaver, on 11/24/2007, -3/+3This is the best marketing campaign ever. I am so stoked for this movie I can't even put it into words.
- rejectnation, on 11/24/2007, -1/+1saweet!
- eligus12345, on 11/26/2007, -0/+0Did Warner Bros. really print out 22 issues and send them out to everybody who sent in photos for this game? If so, what a waste of paper and probably some carbon footprint crap. Global Warming my arse...
- meason, on 11/24/2007, -1/+0I wish someone would take a different twist in advertising on TV similar to the viral marketing. Have a weird commercial featuring the joker-type stuff mentioned in the ad with no cheesy cut scenes and overly dramatic music. Similar to the initial Cloverfield trailer. Look how insane the hype was/is about that movie. They wouldn't get Tivo'ed as much.
- heynoop, on 11/24/2007, -2/+1what
- inactive, on 11/24/2007, -3/+0you said it!
- lotusreaver, on 11/24/2007, -3/+0The puzzles are slowly getting unraveled. Updates are being posted at SHH: http://www.superherohype.com/news/topnews.php?id=6 ...
