- selfdisplaced, on 02/20/2008, -0/+2they actually sold Teddy from A.I., it was a charity thing. i bought one and have one. it's smaller than a real teddy (about 10" tall or so), but it uses a voicebox from the person who actually did the voice in the movie. It's pretty awesome. i highly doubt you'd be able to find one at this point.
