We've Got *****' Snakes! - daworld, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Ocean’s Thirteen!?! The Ring 3!?! If they continue to depend on crappy movie sequals, then expect the ticket sales to go lower and lower...
- disaku, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Pac-Man?!?!?! How can that possibly be made into a movie?
I agree with wonknblues. - suMMx, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4good to see hollywood making original movies.
- Pitfan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4With movies like these, I don't know if the movie industry will make it to 2009.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4I pity the fool that doesn't like Mr. T!
- Livewire, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3independent films will take over. everyone will make movies, it will become like photography.
this shouldn't be a bad thing though. - tekmonkey, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURLES!!!!!!
I AM PREDICTING IT WILL BE THE BEST MOVIE IN THE EXISTENCE OF HUMAN LIFE ON EARTH. END. - gamabunta, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3they may be coming to a theatre near me but that doesn't mean i'll be waiting in line to see them anytime soon.
- Drewjames, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3A long long time ago in an arcade not to far down the street.
A man/ball with a love for dots finds true love while being chased through a maze of ghosts and fruit...
uhh... I'm thinking this won't be a very long movie... - porplem, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Pac Man? Has it really come to this?
So many unoriginal titles. - Testify.Alex, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Does anyone have any info on what looks like a "1984" remake?
- PrayerNeeder, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Rocky Balboa. You've got to be kidding me. yet you are not. why, oh, why? Could Stallone's finances be as bad as Rocky's?
http://www.dtheatre.com/read.php?sid=3633.
In Airplane II (the sequel) people pass by an ad for Rocky XXVIII. In Spaceballs, it was Rocky 2000. Really, is there no end to this? Rocky and Rocky II were awesome films. But the rest went downhill. (OK, Draco scared me when he killed Apollo, but that was it. And I never like Mr. T.)
Mr. T is returning as Clubber Lang, who, at 50, is the reigning heavyweight champ. How does this happen? Did all the other boxers ship off to Iraq?
If Stallone MUST do another Rocky, let me see him play Micky to Rocky Jr. The only draw to Rocky V was Junior's jealousy over Tommy Gunn's acceptance as trainee. - LINES, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Homey the Clown (2007)
"HOMEY DON'T PLAY DAT" - Roger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2This is pretty funny if you like SoaP:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0417148/board/nest/27261118 - arap, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Because there are hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of movies listed for 2007, 2008 and 2009. I went through it and found the ones I thought were cool and shared'em with everyone. So I don't think it's spam.
- Roger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Yeah, that movie is gonna kick ass.
Snakes Planes Sam Jackson = Genius - BasouKazuma, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2We have completely entered the age of the threequels and beyond.
LOL, Homey the Clown's back.
Some of these HAVE to be fake ..... for the sake of the movie industry. - Lacero, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Planned for next year: Upgrade my bandwidth, buy more DVD-Rs.
- Roger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2As much as I love Homey, there's no way a 90 minute movie would work.
- Drewjames, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Fraggle Rock, Pac Man, Smurfs?
What year is this? Where is my Delorean? - LINES, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Homey the clown was a skit with Damon Wayans. Way back when in the "In Living Color" days.
THEREFORE, it does make sense. - koap, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2this list is awesome. so many flicks i can take a chick to and get a handjob at...b/c we'll just rent it later anyway.
- Testify.Alex, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2They will turn it into a action movie like The Island or some crap like that.
- Roger, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2I looked, couldn't find any info.
I'll take a wild guess and predict, like most remakes, it'll suck. - cable22, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Maybe i'm being a "debby downer", but this would be better if there was some more info besides the little there is at imdb.com.
- UrbenLegend, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1CINDERELLA 3? Holy crap, I wasn't even aware of Cinderella 2! My God! It's happily ever after! There's no point in making sequels! No conflict, no movie!
PacMan! HAHAHA. They can not be serious. But I bet it will sell well because people would want to see how incredulous it is.
Halo is going to be good. Unlike other video game based movies, Halo has a good plot behind it (due to the numerous books and imaginative in-game story). - Linkage155, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Disagree, yes it is his own site, but he listen all of them in an organized maner;
- salweem, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I love the smurfs... brings back alot of memory's of my childhood.
- dirtyfratboy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Oh. My. God. Everything is either a sequel, prequel, book, comic book..... *cough* graphic novel, or a video game turned into a movie... and then there's Homey the Clown. So this is how the movie industry will fight pirating: by putting together the crappiest movies yet so no one will download them. Well, thanks MPAA, you sly sons of bitches!
- UrbenLegend, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I personally wouldn't care for a batman begins sequel, since I thought Batman Begins was quite horrible and not worthy of previous movies.
@bloodclox: no offense taken, I just think that for a producer, the Halo universe has so much more content that could be made into a film than other games(i.e. Resident Evil, Doom) - MaxxDamage, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Now who could they possible put in a Three Stooges movie.
- Petrarch1603, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Funniest comment I've read all day!
- Ellsass, on 11/05/2008, -0/+1How ironic. There is no info for '1984' (unless of course you register with the Ministry of Entertainment). http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0498637/
- arap, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Be glad he isn't making another Rambo. I heard somewhere that he was thinking of doing another Rambo where he catches Bin Laden!
- PoptartKing, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The Picture of Dorian Gray...
If the people in charge mess it up, I'm transferring my morality/mortality to a painting and hunting them down. - Woknblues, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3I am passing on 26 of the films mentioned based upon the following criterion. video game movies suck, and comic book movies suck (batman being only exception so far (except for the one with Val Kilmer *shudders*), and remakes have been really sucking as of late. sequels generally are worse than the predecessor, so how can anyone justify watching these hyped up hollyweird money grabs? but of course, personal taste.
- decile, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This list just shows all the sequels and game movies, etc. Stuff people notice. If you look at the actual IMDB pages for future releases, there are tons of new movies planned.
- arap, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Did anyone catch the Wolverine and Magneto spin-off movies?
- UrbenLegend, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"this is tech news because???? why?" -grimreaper187
you did notice that digg has a movie section? Digg is not just a site for tech news. - yahoofrom, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1One thing is certain. In 2007 I will watch 5 or 6 Korean movies and no Hollywood movies. Look at the list.
- GuineaPig, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow, it looks like I won't be watchng movies for the next three years. Look at all the sequels. *groan*
- xodex, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Halo will rule them all @_@
- Quintessence, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1All that looks good on that list that I glanced over were the Sin City movies. Oh, and perhaps "The Simpsons."
- Misos, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1No Batman Begins sequel until 2008? Damn ye, gods!
- skillet2extreme, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Is anyone else sick and tired of endless sequels? It seems nowadays that studios just want to reach that "trilogy" peak. What's wrong with making A great movie, not A great movie and 2 bastard children? I have nothing against sequels, trilogies, when they're good, and I think most people agree. Hollywood we're tired of your mass-produced crap!
- heymark, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I am really interesting in how "1984" will turn out. The book is great, and has such purpose and meaning behind it, but will they make it right in the movie? Will they Hollywood it out, too much?
- arap, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Hehehe, thanks man.
- tominator1983, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Hey this is Tom at brainfuel.tv

Congrats on getting digg front page! - Lacero, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1A live-action Transformers is coming out in 2007 directed by Michael Bay and executive produced by Steven Spielberg.
