- colonchancer, on 08/24/2009, -1/+22Starring Leonardo DiCaprio as Leonardo DiCaprio.
- Nathrat, on 08/24/2009, -1/+21I wish I knew what this movie was about. Seems pretty Matrix-like.
- BillyB, on 08/24/2009, -0/+13Looking pretty intense!
- inactive, on 08/25/2009, -0/+9I'm sold!
and i don't want to see another preview.
saw "The Prestige" only knowing who was in it and that it was about magicians.
I love watching a great movie with little expectation and not knowing much about it from the start. - ai52487963, on 08/25/2009, -0/+8Super excited for this movie. Nolan is very adept at making fantastic, thought-provoking movies. And a Hans Zimmer score to boot? Can't wait.
- EggAndMuffin, on 08/25/2009, -0/+8Did anyone read the article, clicked the play button, watched the video and got totally confused,
then realized it's the 'Gamer' trailer commercial before the actual clip? - inactive, on 08/25/2009, -0/+6His 1992 Thanksgiving family video is his best work.
I still can't believe Grandma was hiding in the turkey the whole time. - rodrigo74, on 08/25/2009, -0/+6It has been working fine for Pacino, De Niro and Nicholson for the last 20 years, so why not
- EggAndMuffin, on 08/25/2009, -0/+5The music from the trailer reminds me of the one from the Dark Knight
- Stoyanov, on 08/25/2009, -0/+5Not really. More than The Dark Knight but less than Avatar.
- antdude, on 08/25/2009, -0/+5Also, the visual like the city views.
- chaos7, on 08/25/2009, -0/+4looks cool. i wanna see it.
- Stoyanov, on 08/25/2009, -0/+4The trailer is awesome. Try watching it in HD with one of your eyes covered while you fill your peripheral vision with your computer screen or HDTV. The brain tries to find depth in the image and it turns out pretty nicely. (Try it with the Avatar teaser too.)
- professorzu, on 08/25/2009, -0/+4Nolan and DiCaprio...pretty sweet combo there. I'm In.
- gizmo12688, on 08/25/2009, -0/+3Jeez, I didn't even know that he started filming this already.....looks awesome.
- inactive, on 08/25/2009, -1/+4Also hold your breath and squeeze your genitals while watching...
it's mind blowing! - raz0rr, on 08/25/2009, -0/+3That's the whole point of a teaser
- dbldn, on 08/25/2009, -0/+2Here is the actual source: Yahoo! http://movies.yahoo.com/premieres/15201209/standar ...
- Stoyanov, on 08/25/2009, -0/+2Autoerotic asphyxia = do not want.
- colonchancer, on 08/25/2009, -0/+1Yeah man, damned lazy actors. In this age of plastic surgery it's a disgrace. Hell Pacino has spent a fortune on face jobs to look the same! At least DiCaprio puts effort into rearranging his nominal facial hair from one film to the next.
- thinboyslim, on 08/25/2009, -1/+2Avatar came in at $180million, Inception was $200million
- theDashRendar, on 08/28/2009, -0/+1So Matrix part 4, "the Voyage home"
- BlindingEdge, on 08/25/2009, -0/+1The $200m figure was reported by a Canadian paper and therefore could very well be Canadian dollars. So $176m USD.
- Stryke, on 08/25/2009, -0/+1Personally I thought the exact opposite. For a teaser I thought it was pretty good.
- cjr71244, on 08/25/2009, -0/+1yeah but they have great personialities
- shunban, on 08/25/2009, -0/+1QQ.
- shunban, on 08/25/2009, -0/+1You sir are a debbie downer.
- levi88, on 08/25/2009, -1/+1Leo looks like Jack Black in the preview picture.
- shaggypaul, on 08/25/2009, -1/+1The point I was trying to convey was that the teaser was supposed to instill in me a desire to see more about the movie. To get me excited about it. For me, at least, it was meh. Cloverfield's teaser, for me, was better than the movie, and it didn't tell me a damn thing.
- cjr71244, on 08/25/2009, -1/+1who has seen Following?
- thinboyslim, on 08/25/2009, -3/+2This cost more than Avatar to make!
- ImBaack, on 08/25/2009, -3/+1I've already seen the preview for Shutter Island.
Why would I want to see this?
It looks like the same damn movie. - mmurray21, on 08/25/2009, -4/+2It makes me sad to think that Christopher Nolan is being referred to as the Dark Knight director instead of the masterpiece Memento.
- sanman, on 08/25/2009, -5/+1looked pretty boring to me
what was so great in that trailer?
a couple of guys tumbling in a hallway? - shaggypaul, on 08/25/2009, -5/+1I saw this in the theater and thought, for a teaser, it sucked. I was not teased. The movie may be awesome, but the trailer basically showed tone, a spinning top, and a room on a gimbal. Oh, and lets throw in a periodic teeth jarring printing press sound effect.
