- dinki, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Are they married? Sure sounds like it.
- tobsterius, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5Can't say I blame him, god knows how little sleep he's probably running on. Some News Anchors think that part of their job is to dumb down the news and ask a ton of pointless questions about the given topic, however, she always annoyed me and took the term 'dumb down' to a new level.
- roeboedog, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5the weather guy has been working awhile but not her, she came on about 2:00 am/pacific - she is vapid and for some reason is supposed to be feilding questions for her viewers.
Most likly the director as telling her in her ear to ask him to explain, for which you are right, he intended her to ask when he was done, she just spoke what she was hearing in her ear - SHE HAS NO BRAIN! - DrGonzo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Pfff, that was just a lame hissy-fit. What would have been really cool would have been him running up to the camera and shaking it while desperately begging the world to boycott CNN until they get rid of bimbo anchor people who sleep their way to the top. Then toppling the camera and begin shrieking like a Mynock. Cue the 'Technical Difficulties' splash screen.
- tdkyo, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3"Translate that for us, I don't know what that means!"
LOL, these people are dummer than I thought. Can't you just guess what he is trying to say? - tobsterius, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Can't say I blame him, god knows how little sleep he's probably running on.

- sir_zman, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2someone is going to be called into the bosses office... Throwing the paper down was a nice touch.
- Addp009, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Full 2 minutes! Here the link. Go digg it!
http://external.benlaw.net/CNN_daybreak_long.wmv - dave_colorado, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2haha...her tone of voice is annoying! "chaaaad. chaaaaad. what does that meaaaaaaan? traaanslate that for us"
hahahaha
they've been working too many hours - jccj, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Yeah, I feel like him everyday at work. Sometimes, ya just can't take anymore annoying idiots.
- ErniePC12, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2That was good...
Whatever happened to the art of waiting till a person was finished before asking questions? She should not have interrupted him. - Addp009, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2hey, I rip a clip of my PVR.
http://www.caffeine-powered.net/ben/CNN_daybreak.wmv - tracer_bullet, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2LOUD NOISES!!
hahaha that was too funny. - test5477, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1she deserved that, what an idiot to cut him off, let him finish then ask him to explain if you don't understand.
- dbrodbeck, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Well, she is quite the moron, and usually he is pretty good. That was hilarious
- ArcaneDevice, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Haha, funny. CNN sucks anyway.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I can't get the link to work!
Does anyone have a mirror to the video or something? - monkeybutler, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1The strangest thing is how men and women view the same clip differently.
Guys see this and know exactly where he's coming from by saying "Will you please just freakin wait before asking a question?".
Women take her side and say "He's a jerk. She didn't do anything wrong. She was just asking a harmless question, whats the big deal?"
We've all been there at some point where we publicly lose our patience due to a lady yapping before you even get to finish your sentence. The guy seemed fully ready to simplify what he was saying if she wouldve just shut up for a few seconds. But in the end then he'll be the one in trouble while the lady gets to talk to everyone about what an ass he was. Weathermen need guns... - WackyT, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"Good to know you guys got the hardware to play that new format of quicktime. I'm left in the dust :("
You only have a monochrome DOS machine?
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/QuickTime_Alternative.htm - ScottNY845, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I saw it happen live and if the clip played on, they made it seem like it was all a joke....
- ZombieNinja, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"Sometimes you just want to shake a bitch" ROFL Way to go Kevin! ROFL
- gingi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I feel for this guy, having to deal with all them ditzy CNN anchors. Will they ever shut up?
- noty, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I saw when that happened live. I don't think he was upset, he was just playing around. It takes on a different vibe when that's the only part you see.
- Oriole27, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1haha Nice!!
- mesoed, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yes, she was annoying. I could understand if this guy had been sleep deprived and up all night in New Orleans covering the storm. Unfortunately this wasn't the case with him, so it certainly was a little off-base. At least he caught himself pretty quickly.
I completely understand the feeling though... I've reacted like that off air with one of the other meteorologists I've worked with during severe weather coverage. One of those times you want to walk up behind them and smack them on the back of their head. No... let me explain... please! - WarBicycle, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I started watching CNN's American Morning when Paula Zahn hosted the show, but quit watching after Bill Hemmer and Jack Cafferty left. Both American Morning and Day Break are hosted by female airheads who are constantly interrupting each other. I was expecting something like this to eventually happen.
- Takteek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1HAHA! A story from when you couldn't reply to comments!
- smackfu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This was at 4:30 AM. I'm sure he was tired.
- ziffel, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"maybe he shouldn't have freaked out as much as he did."
It's probably been going on for a while between them, and he just couldn't take anymore. If CNN fires anyone, it should be the girl. - worldtechguy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Give the guy a break. I watched it live when it happened. Carol Costello was a frigging chatterbox trying to break in to everything he was saying and didn't give him a word in edgewise. She had been doing that for the whole half-hour before he lost it. I don't blame him. If I were him, I would have walked over and (deleted due to digg political correctness filter)
- fluffyturtle, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1That was awesome. Nothing annoys me more than watching news and having f@#&tards talking over each other. There was another chick talking to him (around 8-9am PST) that kept correcting him on things that had no relevance. I think he called it a road and she quickly interrupted and called it a highway. I wish people would just stfu and let people talk.
- Addp009, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I'm more or less a news junky, so naturally a story like this I can't miss a second of. I have a Windows Media Center PVR, so I just set it to record CNN non stop. It's funny how I actually saw this live. I know it's being recorded so I thought I would post it later on when I have time to take my eyes off the live feed. But the next thing I know, it's all over the web already. Not trying to brag, but I do have the highest quality clip. hehe. My PVR still recording... waiting for the next clip worthy of posting. Haha
- zimick, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I put a mirror up at http://vixoo.com/videofiles/cnn.mov
- castufari, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2He's going to give her a cleveland steamer when they get home tonight.
- Nobi-Wan, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1What the hell? I don't blame him for getting pissed...she was interrupting him in the middle of an explanation. Totally unprofessional on her part but maybe he shouldn't have freaked out as much as he did.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I re-encoded it to MPEG (hate QT) and changed the video a little bit to make it a little easier to watch. It's at http://rapidshare.de/files/4505694/CNN_-_Weather_Man_Loses_It__08-29-05___PiP_.mpg.mpg.html
- Addp009, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Haha, someone please post of clip of that!
- pbojovic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0that is too funny.
- techietown, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0hey addp009, thanks for the upload! and it's fine that you cna't do divx...wmv is fine! but wow...thanks so much!
- theblooms, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Still wasn't as cool as when last night on Fox News Shepard Smith was talking to some partiers that wouldn't leave the French Quarter. He asked one dude "Did you know that a storm is coming? Why are you still here?" To this the guy responded "None of your Fcuikng business." It was HILARIOUS!
- allemannster, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Funny stuff. That anchorwoman is a bitch. Dugg and Blogged.
- AlexAlbrechtSux, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"chaaaad. chaaaaad. what does that meaaaaaaan? traaanslate that for us"
Wow, someone should make a Flash Remix (to bring the popularity up to ALL Your Base level) - triont, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I would've told the wench to shut her mouth too! Interrupting him while he's trying to talk.....I would've been like "SHUT YOUR MOUTH NOW! WHILE I EXPLAIN WHAT THIS HURRICANE IS GONNA DO...I'M THE WEATHERMAN NOT YOU" lol he's prob gonna get fired still though :( poor guy
- groovepapa, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I hate freakin' weather-men, so I liked seeing him throw his little hissy-fit, whether it was real or not. it's perfectly understandable when it's something as large as Katrina, but even local weathermen run on and on for hours using all their little bells and whistles on weather that is totally insignificant.
- zkurcab, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0http://retrospection.net/videofiles/cnn.mov
- djej1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0That was hilarious.
- koheed, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0that clip had the potential to go somewhere beyond thunderdome. i expected the guy to freak out a lot more due to the amount of the number of people who already have dugg the story and i was a bit disappointed, but still very funny
