Anybody can make a movie about killing people, it's the why that makes Boondock Saints such a different movie. I'm not confident in this movie at all especially considering the way the trailer played up the female cop lady. Being desperate enough to blatantly appeal to sex to drive the trailer just seems weak.

So in the States it gained cult following due to Blockbuster getting exclusive carrying rights. Though it did very well in Japan of all places in theaters.
