If Batman begins is any indication of how the dark knight is going to be, Ironman has already won better movie.

Batman relies on intellect, not firepower. He would simply construct a virus that hacks Iron Man's suit and disengage everything. No matter what firepower or superpower you have, Batman would still win because he can outsmart all of them. Not to mention that Iron Man is based on unrealistic technology (you could never construct a suit like that with today's technology), Batman's suit is much more realistic.
