- insllvn, on 11/30/2007, -0/+7I don't understand DC's approach to the movies at all. Marvel has done such a good job bringing their big names to the big screen. I don't understand why DC doesn't understand the value of maintaining continuity in their universe, although It seems they have had a problem with that in the comics as well. I had high hopes for a Justice League movie set years after the Batman Begins franchise, but it seems like DC is determined to ruin it. I know I read somewhere how both Bale and the new Superman were interested in a collaboration, which is the direction Marvel is headed in for the Avengers movie as I understand it anyhow. I guess there was a concern over money, but I can''t see anyone but Bale commanding a HUGE salary. Does anyone know what they paid what's-his-name for Superman returns? Oh well, I guess I will be skipping this one in the theaters as well.
