    1. why are the SCOUT Troopers in the back?
    2. why is there no uniformity of the weapons of the Storm Troopers (in a battle sense)?
    3. why the heck is Vader seemingly floating?
    4. No Tie Fighters for air support?
    etc
    Don't get me wrong the art work is really good. But it seems more of a throw together of elements of the Empire than a picture of a true attack.
    Then again, maybe it is to demonstrate the bad troop management that caused the Empire to lose the war.

    2.The troopers weapons are uniform enough you have the standard issue (dc 17?) and then troops manning E web repeating rifles. Similar to how Real army squads will have most guys with M-16s and one guy on an M-60 or other heavy machine gun.
    3. I think we are supposed to assume he is standing on a rock to rally the troops.
    4. Tie fighters would add to the scene but maybe they commpleted a strafing run and are circling around.

    No idea why the emperors guard would be there.

    The AT-AT May have been hit from the side rear and just caused the whole back to explode.
