- Modulo, on 10/12/2007, -6/+210TAGLINE: How many episodes can YOU watch before this website gets sued out of existence?
- Xtopherous, on 10/12/2007, -3/+93I don't know about Parker & Stone, but Paramount Home Video and Comedy Central might care.
- bejitunksu, on 10/12/2007, -1/+35I'm sorry, but I seem to have gone blind from viewing that website.
- sq377, on 10/12/2007, -3/+37they dont care... many sites are up that host the files for download on http as realmedia files. For example http://awesomo.net/
Matt and Trey have said they dont care. They are the owners of the show, not comedy central. I'm not sure what Paramount thinks of it, but awesomo.net has been up for a few years. - aplusplus, on 10/12/2007, -3/+29http://www.mrtwig.net for torrents.
- n3rrd, on 10/12/2007, -1/+26http://www.mrtwig.net for South Park torrents from season 1 up until the most current episode.
- benadamson, on 10/12/2007, -5/+21+Digg for the effort, but yeah, this site won't last through the weekend.
- Blizzardman, on 10/12/2007, -1/+17Time for a South Park all-nighter!
- puffarthur, on 10/12/2007, -2/+14tvtorrents.com is superior for TV shows.
- rideaurocks, on 10/12/2007, -3/+12See also http://www.mininova.org/search/?search=south+park
Meh - magister, on 10/12/2007, -3/+11Firefox users may find this extension useful: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/
- phreakout, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8Hey Comedy Central why not make a website that lets fans watch every South Park ever, an official site with adverts and t shirts and all - just dont make it sucky.
C'mon it's already available anyway, the loyal South Park fan base continually wants access to every episode this way at least you be getting some coin and could make more episodes, if you added secret new materials and stuff fans crave then the site would be reel big.
Better to ride the wave than stand on the shore telling the tide to turn. - ThePotatoe, on 10/12/2007, -2/+9It's freaking piczo, give the kid a break.
- alphaterminus, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8I'm so noncomformist I didn't see that episode
- AngryBacon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8Season 9, episode 912
This episode was banned in the US and UK because of Tom Cruise. Creepy, eh? - 15charmaxwtf, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Yup, there are many sites that offer episodes as downloads, and they have been around ever since south park has been around. The creators even acknowledged that it was one of the things that got many more people to watch south park.
- artofwar420, on 10/12/2007, -1/+7Well enjoy hopefully they won't get sued.
- maiku00, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6they are full episodes, ive been watching from that site for several months
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+6Beefcake!
- 15charmaxwtf, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3content
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Amazing, after almost 2000 diggs its still online.
- looklikecontest, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Irony?
- niiru, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Much appreciated, I needed to find some way to download it so that I can view them in a larger window/full screen.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4DIGG enjoy it while it lasts!, probably can use the firefox extenstion to download maybe
- Ayavaron, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5While most people would probably like to be ethical about such things, most people are also lazy or for some reason unable to buy the shows on DVD. For me, this is great because there are exactly 2 episodes I haven't seen and I would much rather just watch them here than pay $40 for a DVD or wait until they come on TV again. (I've been waiting for like a year actually.)
- thedak, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2but bandwidth isn't.
- lazyguy, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3lol, ties in with the scientology thing on digg ;p
- marnaq, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2The question is... will you get modded down to stone age?
- rssurvivor, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Already knew about this site for a couple of weeks, it is great but as others said, will be sued or taken down.
- BlackCow, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2@n0xie
You forgot rock n' roll, how could you forget rock n' roll!!!!!!! - davdav, on 10/12/2007, -4/+5Roger that, love that site.
- K4P741NxKRUNCH, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3I believe this site will crash in less than a week, not because of copyright infringing or licenses...
but because I can guarentee there is about a terrabyte worth of southpark-loving bandwidth in schools called "Students with Computers"
Now imagine all these kids, across the GLOBE just sitting there watching these videos for HOURS..
Hell, DSL headquarters might even lose connection! - exoendo, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3im glad I got 3 episodes in before this hit the frontpage, cause now that site is going to die.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2dugg for effort :)
- zouhair, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Who cares about that I have already all of them on DVD-R :) thanks to some nice trackers around
- Johnatton, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2http://www.piczo.com/allaboutsouthpark?g=10513011&cr=3
- INHUMANITY, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2I hope it lasts for a while. I've got most of the episodes in Real format on my laptop, but it's nice to have that as an alternative when I don't have my personal laptop handy.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2wat season and episode is the scientology episode
thanks - tbfl, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I have hat plugin, but had no success getting the Spirtt of Xmas video...
- n0xie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Apparently you don't know how the internet works then. The only thing the site does is link to other hosts with unlimited bw (like dailymotion, google video etc). The generated bw of the site being served and associated pictures can be under 1Kb. That's a lot of hits if you want to fill 1 TB...
The site itself is awfull (design). Content is okay (obviously) but as mentioned getting SouthPark of the internet is nothing 'new' or 'exciting'. The episodes have been around for years. I'm suprised this gets digged to the frontpage at all. Just goes to show that people will digg anything.
www.mrtwig.net is imho a much more userfriendly website (both content and layout), but anyone using bit-torrent most likely knows about at least a dozen places you can get the full seasons. - Protonz, on 10/12/2007, -9/+10I'm not going to digg this so I can keep the bandwidth for myself... jk :)
- DesolataX, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1right now the site is down, he ran over his bandwidths limit, it should be up in a few days
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Tip: If you see quicktime (it's on a lot of them) right click and select "get info">media>embedded>copy>put in download manager, and then you can watch it on your computer.
- MourningZoo, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2WOW! This is great, it has pretty much every season and the movies... geezuz imma have some downloading to do later :-D
- jmke, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I first saw South Park when they were in their 2nd season and this through downloads made possible by sites such like the one mentioned in here. If it weren't for those sites I would have never known about SP as they don't show it here on TV.
now 8 years later I've bought all released DVD boxes of the full seasons, they wouldn't have got my money if I didn't know about the show through the internet:) - n0xie, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Some people like rap, some like techno, others like jazz.
Don't knock it because YOU don't like it. To each their own. The sheer populairity of the show kinda makes you wonder if YOUR sense of humour might be out of tune... but that's just a wild guess - benthere, on 10/12/2007, -2/+3South park got big because of people sharing it on the web...10 years ago.
- Evil013, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0If you liked this site try out StreamWired.com
- TokinDerrick, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1I've came across this site before, so its at least been on the net for a while.
but I don't think the episodes are actually full episodes if I do recall. but I'm not a big fan of the show, I was just trying to see the one where they make fun of chef a lot. - mazzy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0this is interesting because you can view the episode in a media player that is embedded into the browser, mrtwig.net lets you download all the episodes and extra rare stuff as well through bittorrent
