- theoallardyce, on 10/11/2007, -8/+61I'd just like to thank the NYPD for confiscating these drugs - by doing so you have guaranteed that the price will go up and therefore you have created more crime in New York and a higher profit margin for drug dealers that do manage to get through.

- evil-doer, on 10/11/2007, -3/+29theres a large movement of christians who want to ban everything harry potter because its witchcraft and the devils work, etc.
- stauken, on 10/11/2007, -0/+22yes because copyright holders sue illegal drug manufacturers and users when there is intellectual property violations. No, someone is going to jail. The same as you or I would in America if we got busted with pretty much any quantity of Ecstasy regardless of how it was branded.
- elnerdo, on 10/11/2007, -11/+31The entire series ACTUALLY plays out in one of Harry's ecstasy-induced hallucinations.
- chris9902, on 10/11/2007, -1/+19I don't think drug dealers care about the law. call me crazy
- McTendo, on 10/11/2007, -1/+18That's ***** retarded. I'm Christian and I cringe whenever I meet those creepy old bible thumpers who yell at little kids for dressing up for Halloween. Now you're telling me these same asshats are trying to do the same thing to movies? To Hell with them all.
- phiw, on 10/11/2007, -3/+20These have been around for ages (in Britain at least).

- TheSabre, on 10/11/2007, -0/+11That's pretty dumb, considering Harry Potter is a Christ-like character that, I'm sure, will sacrifice himself in the end to "save everyone". I wish my fellow Christians would be able to comprehend something on something higher than a 4th grade level. Some of them just see the word "witch" and freak out without actually *reading* the book.
- theoallardyce, on 10/11/2007, -1/+11You don't think, thats the problem.
- littlespy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+10Not all drug dealers are in it for the money. You forgot about hippies. I have a few "hippy" friends and one of them sells acid and weed. He doesn't make any money off any of the drugs he sells. He just wants people to have a good time and to get high. I think your view of the drug dealer is the 90's propaganda of blacks in the city selling crack. I live in a college town and over half of my friends sell weed or blow and there is no violence or life risking. Hey... at least Ron Paul is smart enough to legalize weed.
- essjay, on 10/11/2007, -1/+9"And then, Harry Potter and all his wizard friends went straight to hell for practicing withcraft" - Ned Flanders
- jakash, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7"Before Harry Potter E, there was Bin Laden heroin."
No joke: http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/binladen_heroin.html - theoallardyce, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7Yes! we should allow them to sell freely, drug prices will crash overnight and drug dealers on the street will go out of business - their profit margins will fall through the floor and they simply wont be able to compete with the alternatives.
- inactive, on 10/11/2007, -0/+7You're right...for the most part. The media perception of a drug dealer is a violent, tattooed thug with 18 automatic weapons in their slumlord apartment project. These guys do exist, but you probably don't do the drugs they sell. They're crack dealers.
Flip over to the hallucinogen or harmless (weed) drug dealers, you see a completely different crowd. The guys selling hydro are people that look like you and me, have regular jobs, and don't try to hustle and make a million dollars from selling drugs. They probably don't have guns. They probably don't get in trouble with the law.
The whole "war on drugs" crap in the 80's was just propaganda, pure and simple, and American sheeple just ate it up. Once you effectively demonize a stereotype, you have the public support behind you to raise funding for law enforcement across the board. It's a vicious cycle, because the more cops you have patrolling, the more lawbreaking you find, so you need more cops, then you find more crime...it never ends. I'm not even going into the numbers on nonviolent offenders jailed in this country for selling weed and other soft drugs. - littlespy, on 10/11/2007, -2/+8If you want to know more about ecstasy and other illegal drugs from a more non-biased point of view than we all got in high-school check out this site it's great. http://www.erowid.org/psychoactives/psychoactives.shtml I read about any drug on here before I do it.

- anagoge, on 10/11/2007, -4/+9"Hey! Hey you with the ecstacy! Stop!"
"No, just kidding, you can go, lol"
...I don't think that's a good plan. - braavosi, on 10/11/2007, -2/+7I'll take four please!
- cevil203, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5lets go raid hogwarts
- toast1226, on 10/11/2007, -0/+5Like it has been said, stack really doesn't mean anything. If a dealer tries to charge more money for bigger pills than most likely you are getting ripped off. For instance, I'd much rather have 3 single stacked pills than one triple stacked.
- fredheimholm, on 10/11/2007, -3/+7I agree, we should allow them to keep the drugs and sell them freely.
What do you expect them to do? - McTendo, on 10/11/2007, -9/+13Anti-Harry Christians? What?
- cliffyboro, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4@ stauken. Seriously, people go to jail for even having just one E? man, American laws are strict.
- crashbang, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4Ah Branding.
You'll always know to ask for by name! - killerofkiller, on 10/11/2007, -2/+5well, it was all over the news that book 7 was leaked over the internet... then people started spamming everywhere the lines from the book where she dies.
- BrainDance, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3I'm positive he's never had pure molly, then he would know what 100mg of pure mdma looks like in comparison to pressed rolls.
Just for the hell of it, I've weighed rolls, they tend to come out around 350mg (on average), assuming 50mg of binder the rest of the pill would be 300mg MDMA if one was to believe they weren't cut with inactive junk (as the "stack theory seems to imply.) If they really were that pure we'd have a lot more dead ravers (or happy customers)
So, when theres obviously room to make a small aspirin size pill full of way more then enough pure material to make truckers play with glowsticks, it kinda negates the entire purpose of "stacked pills" meaning anything. Sure your double or triple stacked may weight out to 600mg, but theres no way its going to have anywhere near that much MDMA without pushing a lethal dose.
Just look at pharmaceuticals like xanax, I know they're made at 500micrograms, I think 250micrograms as well, not milligrams, thats a ridiculously small amount of xanax yet the pills, while small, aren't the size of pen tips. - spyrochaete, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3By opening up sales the market will decide which brand has the highest quality and best price. It will become an untenable product for organized criminals because the profit margin will be too slim. Thus, people will get a safer product at a lower price in the regulated public market.
The alternative is that ordinary citizens are put in jail and given a criminal record because they want to do something with their own bodies. If physical health is legally mandatory then why is America the most obese nation on earth? - Juntistik, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3littlespy, you need to do a little more research before you believe in crap like "triple stacks" here, I'll paint a picture for you. Imagine a dealer getting oh say 100 pills, he can crush all of those up in to one batch add a little Methamphetamines, add a little binder and filler, and restamp them to bigger pills. he may even stamp out more then 150, guess who will notice the difference. Obviously not you. This technique has been used by dealers for ages. Triple stack is *****. Heroin "based" is *****. Pure MDMA tablets is ***** (MDMA cannot bind to itself) conduct your own research.
"And plus I know what your getting at and I hate molly (plain MDMA)."
You are far too stupid to make a comment like that. Who would take chalked up tainted meth driven tablets over pure MDMA powder? You sir, are an Idiot. I'm pretty sure you've never had Molly. Get a testing kit.
Ontopic: I'm not surprised they made a harry potter stamp. They have a logo for everything. - EvilFerret, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3That's ***** awesome.
- mrminty, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4Turns out Hogwarts and the wizard world were actually just Harry's imagination after overdosing on MDMA. In the last book, he wakes up in a hospital bed 4 weeks after the first book with severe brain damage.
- spyrochaete, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Only the most expensive and elaborate tests tell you the makeup of every molecule of a pill. Usually you just shave off a tiny bit and the tests tell you whether certain ingredients are present - not how much there is.
- CornStarch, on 10/11/2007, -1/+4You seriously think the entire pill is made of the active ingredients? If that were the case prescription counterparts to over-the-counter drugs would be the size of suppositories. Stacking is just a way too fool idiots like you who think it's "awesome" not to know what the ***** they're putting in their bodies.
- norbiu, on 10/11/2007, -9/+12Harry Pothead FTW!
- crashbang, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3They are actually using it for helping soldiers through Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Interesting use of it.... - andyrobo60, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3"Here kid try one, they're magic"
- netstorm, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Great site, and yes ecstasy doesn't kill people. There were some great documentaries on tv about how the government made it illegal because they didn't understand it. That, and they can't really tax it or use it as a pharmaceutical drug.
- theoallardyce, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Drug dealers and drug gangs are in it for the money 100%, Why else would you risk your life in an illegal lab? Why would you risk your life stuffing packets down your throat and ***** them out at your destination? Why would you risk your life carrying $10000s of dollars of cash and product around the streets at night while you watch out for cops and other gangs? Tell me why you would do any of these things if there was no profit to be made in it?
- Desslok, on 10/11/2007, -3/+6Your parents must be so proud.
- MewtwoReturns, on 10/11/2007, -1/+3Despite getting the book number wrong, dugg you up because Hermione DOES die in Book 7 and I'm going to one of the midnight openings with a microphone to state such.
- iamafatguy, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2It stands for "Happy Pill".
- altcountryman, on 10/11/2007, -0/+2It's all about branding, yo. These guys are good marketers, they've probably got good upsell and cross-sell programs too.
