- zenoz, on 07/04/2008, -7/+33These comments suck.
- Zaggynl, on 07/04/2008, -3/+29And Emma Watson has a mustache?
- icianom, on 07/04/2008, -0/+25I liked the books. The movies are ok.
- AlexanderZero, on 07/04/2008, -3/+23If he doesn't read the books then how does he know what the ***** is going on in the films? I mean really, they're completely designed for those who already know why characters are doing things. By themselves they would be horrible.
- Ninjao, on 07/04/2008, -1/+19Im also actually rather attracted to Luna Lovegood.
- apophenic, on 07/04/2008, -3/+19Refuses to read the HARRY POTTER BOOKS!? What is this nation COMING TO?
- Saoo, on 07/04/2008, -0/+16they take out the glass so that you dont get that annoying reflection of all the lights that are shinning on him.
- tehknotte, on 07/04/2008, -0/+14That's funny because Dumbledore is actually a homosexual.
- Carnivale, on 07/04/2008, -2/+16I cannot stand Michael Gambon as Dumbledore. I know Richard Harris passed away, but they dramatically changed the character after his death to something that doesn't remotely resemble what I imagined from the book or the first two movies. The clothes, the demeanor, the way he handles the situations with Harry... they are way out of character to me. I'm not even one of those people who thinks the books should be followed to a T, just wish this particular character was more true to his original form. Of course I'm a Richard Harris fan so maybe this is just my bitterness towards his death and dramatic change to a character I associate him with. Such a dilemma.
- Uaedaien, on 07/04/2008, -2/+15Well done you have read a book
- pingveno, on 07/04/2008, -0/+11It's terrible what people with good eyesight have to go through to be in movies these days.
- insanebrain, on 07/04/2008, -0/+11you wish.
- carpeclunes, on 07/04/2008, -1/+11Parkinson's?
- Brododium, on 07/04/2008, -0/+11+ more Evanna Lynch
- YancyFryJr, on 07/13/2008, -1/+9"..the films will take on different focuses than you might be expecting."
They kind of have to, don't they? The books just got longer and longer, so if they don't change things, they end up with the last movie where they alienate everyone. Readers get pissed because they don't do the books justice and non-readers have no idea what's going on. - 801NvizioN, on 07/04/2008, -1/+9I'd ride either mustache.
- warsongs7, on 07/04/2008, -0/+8Especially the Order of the Phoenix movie. if I hadn't read the book I would have had no idea what the hell is going on.
- idconvict, on 07/04/2008, -1/+8I can't unsee it
- icianom, on 07/04/2008, -0/+7I heard that they film them without lenses because the actor doesn't need them. Why they don't just have glass there I don't know.
- wzpgsr, on 07/04/2008, -0/+7So does Hermione.
- inactive, on 07/04/2008, -0/+6The monster, Pubertus
- Rizzen, on 07/04/2008, -1/+7Well played. I will congratulate you at the gates of hell, sir.
- obrysii, on 07/04/2008, -0/+6I agree, too. He lacks that grandfatherly warmth that Dumbledore ought to have.
- cdigioia, on 07/04/2008, -0/+6+1 for honesty
- Steinr, on 07/04/2008, -0/+6Did you also notice how there is no lenses in his "glasses"?
- warsongs7, on 07/04/2008, -0/+6You my good sir have spent too much time masturbating while looking at that picture.
- Slayerdude51982, on 07/04/2008, -0/+5Weasley is our king!!!
I can't wait! The second picture I was like who's that talking to Harry and Ginny, but then realized it was the director. - BloodWenis, on 07/04/2008, -0/+5Completely agree. There's no WARMTH with Gambdon. He plays Dumbledore like a pissed off old man. It's in his voice his, actions, reactions, etc. He's just not enjoyable, and I fail to see him as a warm mentor / pseudo father figure to Harry. I'd rather have seen Ian McKellan in the role. (Hell even evil Christopher Lee might be better)
Of course I also think each HP movie has gotten progressively worse since Chris Columbus stopped directing. I know Chris was the perfect director to establish the 'wonder' of the HP world, and as things got darker, darker directors would be needed, but STILL.... :) - Karmavs, on 07/04/2008, -0/+5Clearly, you don't read books at all. Seeing that you're on Digg, I doubt you 'read' many boobs either.
- Crana, on 07/04/2008, -0/+5I noticed that too, how can she and her make-up people not see that if us Diggers can?
I'd still ***** her in a heart beat though :3 - inactive, on 07/04/2008, -7/+12Ellen Page and Emma Watson making out.
- BloodWenis, on 07/04/2008, -1/+5Can someone please bring back Richard Harris from the grave? The current Dumbledore licks ball sack.
- digitalpencil, on 07/04/2008, -1/+5she's 18 so i wouldn't worry about it regardless of your age..
- cdigioia, on 07/04/2008, -2/+6You're right, she kinda does.
- thunderclap, on 07/04/2008, -1/+5I'd do more than that. But then that would be appropiate for polite converstation,
- digitalpencil, on 07/04/2008, -0/+4you know who Kevin Spacey is right?
- Firehed, on 07/04/2008, -0/+5Yes. Yes, we do.
- Carnivale, on 07/04/2008, -0/+3Ian McKellan would have been a fantastic choice. I believe he was offered the part or was at least a rumor mill favorite for the job but nothing ever come of it that was substantial. I'm a fan of LOTR and in my humble opinion he plays the grandfather/wise wizard role spectacularly, so I was a bit disappointed that he didn't take the role. Max von Sydow, Sean Connery, Tom Wilkinson, Bernard Hill, etc were all rumored choices. Pity it settled on Gambon. I wish he had put more effort into the role as he is decent actor in other movies (theater..etc).
- IronPwnage, on 07/04/2008, -1/+5WE'LL DO IT LIVE!
- Carnivale, on 07/04/2008, -0/+3I do not recall making a statement that he wasn't realistic enough. I was complaining that they altered the character too much in the last three movies, but I never said I didn't enjoy the last three movies which you seem to think. My favorite one as of late is Order of the Phoenix, and gasp! shock! that has Michael portraying Dumbledore. It's a pet peeve. No need to curse and try to bash someone.
- Quicksilver4648, on 07/04/2008, -0/+3In the book Hermione doesn't have a mustache.
- inactive, on 07/04/2008, -0/+4If I were to wish it would be them both making out with me too, not just each other
