Gladiator was a great movie, but I don't think it would've worked so well if Russell Crowe's character had been called Narcissus instead of Maximus... kind of wimpy :-)

Someone should get on that. - dougbot, on 07/14/2009, -1/+3for starters scripts are written in the monospace font Courier so you can tell by the number of pages how long the movie is, but even if it was just the font that was changed for the screenshot, you only capitalize a character's name when it's a heading of their dialogue or if it's the first time their name is mentioned in the script.

Officer Albrect is interviewing the first officers on the scene of one of The Crow's revenge murders and observing the bird drawing in blood on the alley wall and asks what is that and the first officer says "I dunno...He had a bird with him...coulda' been a chicken."
Brandon Lee and Director Alex Proyas insistence that they stay as close as possible to the comic really saved it.
