      And I agree; only the first one was good. The movies that followed were as B-movie as it gets, next to Bimbo Cheerleaders from Outer Space.

I just wish The Dark Knight was rated R. Can you imagine how awesome all of the Joker's murder scenes if they didn't cut away at the gory parts.

Heath did a great job but whether he wins acclaim or not there will always be a question lingering: did the fact that he died so young result in sympathetic acclaim or did he not win the acclaim he deserved because it would be too much of a slight to *live* actors to lose awards to a dead guy.

        Ledger's Joker was the best I've ever seen and he did a tremendous job...but I agree with you.

        You are saying some people know he was great in the Dark Knight but also some people will only say he was great because he died, because they do not fully understand why it was a great performance. That is some people who do not fully fathom the depths of insanity and the heights of genius of the Joker (for example Tim Burton, Jack Nicholson, etc.) so they are just giving lip service.

        So some of the acclaim is "unwarranted" even if it is deserved.

    The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus will be his final movie and seeing that it’s about a character that can change his appearance; Johnny Depp, Colin Farell and Jude Law have signed on and have completed the movie
