    Oh yeah, and there's few things better than seeing a washed-up, broken actor redeem themselves. Looking forward to The Wrestler to see if Rourke pulls it off.

    I didn't even know this was being made into a movie. After looking up the director (John Hillcoat), whom I'd never heard of, I find he's made a western called The Proposition that has 86% on Rotten Tomatoes and is compared to Unforgiven, one of my all time favourite movies. The Road was really good (though not my favourite McCarthy novel). I'm hoping that if this new movie is successful, perhaps the director will come back and make Blood Meridian into a movie (my favourite McCarthy novel). Hoping it doesn't suck.

    With the exception of bond, the list was all boring melodramas.

    What about The Road? What about Brothers? What about all the other potentially kick ass movies coming out? Why did they focus only on the oscar suck ups?

    Revolutionary Road looked about as interesting as the first, non-sinking half of Titanic.
