As Ross Brawn joins that group, we at The Daily Dust have decided to look back at the great Formula 1 teams that shared their name with their owners.

  • SteveTheSultan, on 03/11/2009, -2/+3Brawn is really gonna shake up the grid this year. He lead the Shumi years at Ferrari. Brawn GP is kicking ass in testing this week at Catalunya. Screw Lewis. I hope he tanks this year and Vettle beats him. Alonso is the best driver on the grid.

    Plus, next year USF1 (USGPE) is going to be on the grid. Hopefully Jeff Gordon will take a seat.

    Didn't Lewis prove himself being in the same car as Alonso and still beating him in his rookie year?

    Other than that i am looking forward for the new season. I am glad that Honda found a good buyer, and in capable hands of Ross Brawn i hope it will shine.

I miss unpredictable engine blow ups also, you never knew what could happen...the last few years all the cars have been super reliable, an amazing achievement don't get me wrong, but i do miss the unpredictable nature of a cars ability ro blow up or break down
