- EASwanson, on 01/05/2009, -0/+17Really? 9 lines worth of text... great FP material...
- Perk, on 01/05/2009, -0/+12Ok... I love formula 1. It's a soap opera for car guys... This story however isn't even the car reveal with snazy pictures. It's just a friggin press release telling us when the damn car's going to be revealed. GTFO the front page.
- SUPERCHIMP, on 01/05/2009, -1/+9Uno!
But will it have functioning KERS equipment by the first race? That is the real question. - borez, on 01/05/2009, -0/+4With all the restrictions this year, it's gonna be very interesting to see if they've made a pretty car.
- Drazzim12, on 01/05/2009, -0/+4With all the restrictions, its only identifying feature will be its color.
- Bhatch514, on 01/05/2009, -0/+3Honda is so far forward for 09....
- gogoguychampion, on 01/05/2009, -0/+2Pics or it...err..won't happen?
- SuperCujo, on 01/05/2009, -0/+2The FIA probably will. Just because Ferrari asked nicely.
- had3l, on 01/05/2009, -0/+2But it's amazing news! Come on it's not like they don't launch F1 cars every season!
Wait... - goerg, on 01/05/2009, -1/+3pics or it didnt wroOAAAAAAAAAAAooooooom
- AlbinoEatpod, on 01/05/2009, -1/+2My guess is that it will take a few races before they run a KERS car. Ferrari are relatively far behind on KERS development, compared to BMW, MacLaren and Honda. Would be nice to see them get off to a poor start for the season.
- Drazzim12, on 01/05/2009, -0/+1Sorry, the trick only works with turtles.
- andydumi, on 01/05/2009, -0/+1Ferarri is complaining about the expense of the KERS system and wants the requirement to be dropped.
They waited really late to get started on it, and now that they are behind, they are asking to get rid of it. - JakeBC, on 01/05/2009, -2/+3I've always found the unveilings to be pretty dull.
"Oooh, look...it...looks just like last years car." - MattDell, on 01/05/2009, -0/+1But will there be anyone else for Ferrari to race?
- philz, on 01/05/2009, -0/+1" LONDON, Jan 5 (Reuters) - Champions Ferrari will be the first Formula One team to reveal their 2009 car with an unveiling scheduled for their Maranello factory on Jan. 12, the Italian team said on Monday.
Brazilian Felipe Massa, runner-up to McLaren's Lewis Hamilton in last year's drivers' world championship, will be the first behind the wheel at the team's nearby Fiorano track later in the day.
The wraps will come off Hamilton's new McLaren at that team's Woking factory in England on Jan. 16, a day after Toyota launch their challenger on the internet."

LAME! - ryusen, on 01/06/2009, -0/+1that's funny. aren't they the team that already has the biggest budget?
- SuperCujo, on 01/05/2009, -0/+1And doomed refueling to the bin once again.
- SuperCujo, on 01/05/2009, -0/+1McLaren
- retop56, on 01/06/2009, -0/+1LOL at their pit lights last season. Innovative, but dysfunctional. I was laughing really hard when that guy got hit and went FLYING.
- lovecss, on 01/05/2009, -0/+1Whatever happens, we're going to see the slick tyres back again. Also, I don't think they're allowed to put as many aerodynamic bells and whistles on this year, so hopefully the cars will go back to a relatively clean look.
- DIGGorTHREAT, on 01/07/2009, -0/+0GO Fernando X_x
- Gibletoid, on 01/05/2009, -1/+1If you think the cars are going to look the same this year, you are sorely mistaken. The rule changes are far reaching.
Mclaren is going to not only have their KERS system in place, but it might be the standard that gets licensed to other teams that can't afford / develop their own in house. At least their reveal a week later will be a complete car, same with BMW.
Ferrari, the jewel in Max's crown, is losing it.
Their 'innovative' pit lights lost them the championship last year. - diizy, on 01/05/2009, -5/+3Too bad motorsports are dying a slow slow death, I love racing.
- glenrichardson, on 01/05/2009, -3/+0They will be unveiling a glorified show car me-thinks
- tyrulz, on 01/05/2009, -5/+1Great
- shitballs, on 01/05/2009, -7/+1i like cars
