- Treshnell, on 05/28/2009, -3/+14I like Jr., he's a cool guy. I can't deny that he has talent, you have to to race at that level. But he's not nearly as good as his popularity suggests. It doesn't all come down on him being the reason that team isn't winning, but he's a large part of it. He wasn't doing that great with his old team and old equipment. He got a new team and new equipment, but he's still not doing that great. There are only two variables left that haven't changed: the crew chief and the driver. Actually, at one point the crew chief did change and he was even worse.

And the people who think it's Jr.s fault don't know what they're talking about. You don't suddenly end up 40th in a race because you forget how to drive. watch out for that wall #3 - Roguecop, on 05/29/2009, -0/+1OK I must confess back in the days when the Labonte Bros. were competitive I caught a few races, played count the mullets, and watched it on TV. I just got tired of all the neo-con/military overtures and don't really care about any of the (boring) racers today. If they would diversify it a bit it might become interesting to me again. Break that good old boy death lock. If you call it a sport, it is a stagnating one. However in reality I do appreciate all the work, stamina, and the skill sets required for it. I was just taking the piss out a little bit.

The driver is not the problem.
