- ryancawdor, on 11/02/2009, -1/+14Rubens endured the 2009 season under Jenson's shadow, so I'm happy he's getting a chance to be the team lead at Williams. Rubens has a professional, classy personality and is a credit to F1.
- petewhite, on 11/02/2009, -0/+10Williams had two relatively young drivers for the past couple of years so I think they will benefit from Barrichellos experience however its not gonna be a race winning car for him.
Oh and its good to see F1 on Digg! - splinter09, on 11/02/2009, -3/+10In my opinion Barichello should've stayed in Brawn, I believe they'll have an even better car next season.
- Asessa, on 11/02/2009, -1/+7Nope. The same thing that happened to Mclaren will happen to Brawn. They ran too late into this season so the development on the next car will be delayed for Brawn. i think you'll see Farrari and Mclaren back on top next season, at least in the beginning.
- physco827, on 11/02/2009, -0/+6As long as Barrichello is the leading man somewhere I am happy. He seems like a great guy and I think he will work well with any team he goes to. The question I want answered is where is Kimi going? (I know it has nothing to do with williams or brawn, I just really want to know)
- Awwzm, on 11/02/2009, -0/+5Nico Rosberg and Barrichello are switching seats.
- Awwzm, on 11/02/2009, -3/+7I don't think Barrichello had a choice in this one. Mercedes has been keen on backing a German driver and Rosberg's star continues to rise. But it's good to see Rubinho stay in F1 for another season.
WOW! He's going to break 300 GP's next year! I remember when Patrese set the record at 256 in 1993 - Rubens' debut year in F1. - wejmahtin, on 11/02/2009, -0/+3Barrichello is the shiznit.
- Number23, on 11/02/2009, -0/+2Let's hope Williams can field a competitive car in 2010, they've haven't been at the sharp end of the grid since JV was driving for them.
- borez, on 11/02/2009, -0/+2So who's going to Brawn?
- caution, on 11/02/2009, -0/+2I like to see these older guys stay in racing. They're consistant. Vettel may be TNBT, but he lets setbacks get to him only to come back the next race and blow folks away.
- DittoMuch, on 11/02/2009, -1/+2this will be the year of driver swapping. The bigger question is now who will actually stay with the same team than who is switching.
Admittedly I'd love to see Barrichello actually win the championship but I think his time has passed. - nigelmansell, on 11/02/2009, -1/+2Williams in a Cosworth engine
How the mighty have fallen - thinboyslim, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1I think the contract negotiations with Button are slightly more interesting
- RackAddict, on 11/16/2009, -0/+1Not now Mercedes have bought the team...
- MikeyMoose, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1Worst kept secret in the paddock!
Frasier FTW! - Dabek, on 11/02/2009, -0/+1Rosberg is taking Barrichello's place on Brawn. Hulkenberg is Barrichello's new teammate. Read the article.
- LopezElGuapo, on 11/02/2009, -0/+0I doubt he will ever get as close again as he did this year.
- racekarl, on 11/02/2009, -4/+4Nico Hulkenberg is not Nico Rosberg.
- cawpin, on 11/02/2009, -8/+1Your opinion is moot. You misspelled Ferrari.
