- Ppk3000, on 10/25/2007, -0/+12A bodykit and a few (probably temporary) decals makes it a ricer?
- chris8535, on 10/28/2007, -2/+14the 335 twin turbo'd engine in a 1 series body, I'd be nervous with that much power in such a light vehicle. At least I'd be nervous if it wasn't a BMW. (If you've own/driven one you understand)
- volacide, on 10/24/2007, -2/+13I love the curvy yet still cut nature of the new Bimmers. Beautiful!
- Y0tsuya, on 10/28/2007, -1/+10Wait, which part of the 1-series looks like the E30 again?
- st3vo, on 10/24/2007, -0/+7But will they sell them..
- inactive, on 10/24/2007, -2/+7Works fine for me. Get a new internet connection (or attention span).
- AK10, on 10/24/2007, -0/+5^ wtf?
- winmywii, on 10/24/2007, -1/+6Sweet
- izzybr, on 10/28/2007, -0/+4lots of people. for example,check out www.bimmerforums.com, unitedbimmer.com, bimmerfest.com
'Beemer' is a motorcycle. Bimmer is the automobile - mt3ch, on 10/25/2007, -1/+4Dude shut up. WW2 ended over sixty years ago., the BMW people today are not Nazis. The fact is that they are creating some awesome looking cars today, and if they're company thrived from profits because of something the Nazi party did, than great cause something good came out of the whole ***** mess - and that would be the ultimate driving machine bitches! Seriously though as a full blooded German, suck my nuts.
- FireStrife, on 10/28/2007, -0/+3you should check out the porsche gt3rs, if you want to talk about stickers.
- estvir, on 10/24/2007, -0/+2I'm assuming you haven't seen the concept CS, new M3 or many of their other cars.
- inactive, on 10/28/2007, -1/+3If it WEREN'T a BMW.
- inactive, on 10/28/2007, -0/+2you don't deserve it, crash and burn bastard
- izzybr, on 10/25/2007, -0/+2If you'd ever driven a Bimmer, you would know they are ANYTHING but boring. Oddly enough, I am a latte drinking pompous *****, but I DON'T think I own the road....that's mostly people who drive the 7-series
- brucerchapman, on 10/24/2007, -0/+2E30 M3 = no. 2002 tii = yes. Still, I'd take either. A useful addition to the lineup now the M3 is a fat heavy lump with a V8 (a desirable fat heavy lump, sure!)
- chris8535, on 10/24/2007, -0/+2The 3 series is one the best selling and best reviewed sedans on the world. I think they could probably sell more than a few 1's
- estvir, on 10/24/2007, -0/+2Other 1 series sell not too bad like the 120 and so on, apparently. They're nice cars and 'cheap.' I worked for BMW at the Australian International Motorshow (Finished 2 days ago) and the 1 series was pretty popular but the new M3 and the concept CS stole the show.
But of course, a lot of concepts never go into production, hell, the CS won't be out till 2009-2011 but the X6 is now in production and will be launched around June next year. I should be at the Australian launch and will get to drive one. ;) - floridiot2, on 10/24/2007, -2/+4OMG I want to have sex with it.. like a dragon!
- rectifier, on 10/24/2007, -1/+2looking good..
- inactive, on 10/28/2007, -0/+1coming back with a v10

- inactive, on 10/28/2007, -0/+1i read somewhere it's gonna have the e46 m3 engine
- camptownjr, on 07/15/2008, -0/+1I found some good pictures of this Tii concept here...
http://www.mycarwallpapers.com/bmw/ - Amazetbm, on 01/05/2008, -0/+1The double kidney grill, the headlight configuration, the Hofmister kink and the rondel badges on the hood and trunk. Ha
- daliminator, on 10/24/2007, -1/+2Is it just me or has BMW's design really gone down the drain? I really despise their "smoother" look - it makes it look like they're trying to make all their cars look more feminine or something. The Z4s look like crap...but they're popular. I don't get it.
Pre-E90 M3s were hot. This...not so hot. - Amazetbm, on 01/05/2008, -0/+1It could make a good graduation present. Start throwing hints now.
- Vexxer91, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1The steering wheel looks... cloth? It seems weird to see a BMW with cloth. I guess I've just always seen them with leather. Looks great none the less. I wonder how the handling compares to the other series'.
- inactive, on 10/24/2007, -3/+4God damn. Kill it with a fire. Where BMW designers on LSD when they created this concept?
- Spor, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1E46 M3 is the sexiest car ever. Doesn't perform like the E36 but it's just so sexy.
- ChromaVita, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1The entire interior looks like suede... Really strange.
- InsaneOni, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1What happened to clean lines? All the new BMW's are really gaudy and curvy, I loved the E30 body style for its aggressive stance and simple lines.
- rockefeller2, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1Just put it on credit, like everyone else in this country does. You don't have to actually have money, the key is to LOOK like you have money.
//end sarcasm - inactive, on 10/28/2007, -0/+1e30 m3 owns you, stfu
- inactive, on 10/28/2007, -0/+1that's one more norwegian ref i'll never understand
- izzybr, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1It was at the Toyko Motor Show and there's no word on the engine specs?? WTF
- inactive, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1No doubt. It would like nice, except for the cheeseball "ground effects."
Another sign that pandering to greasy, ignorant, wannabe thugs has replaced taste in many consumer-products industries. - YSSMAN, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1Too bad this one will probably cost as much as a brand-new 335ci, and the performance won't be much better. What I like most about this concept? The truly simple interior. God forbid anyone builds them like that anymore...
- inactive, on 10/28/2007, -0/+1forget bmw, do you know how much money the british would owe the world if that was the case?
- ChazHollywood, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1It's Alcantara, look it up. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcantara_(material)
- inactive, on 10/28/2007, -0/+1they just want to know that you are a good person with bad or no credit
- emomakesmecry, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1werd
- TheHayze, on 10/25/2007, -1/+2Dude, look at your name. Are we really supposed to take you seriously? A name like pigfister makes it sound like you're 12, and you pulled all that info off some totally leftest, extremest website. Yes, it may be true THEN, but it certainitly not true now. BMW has grown up quite a lot in the last 60 years.
In relation to the artical. I dislike the really ugly bonnet top, and hood decals. Makes it loose its' BMW style that I just paid 50 grand for. While I don't only buy a BMW for the looks, and prestige, I also buy it for its' proformence, and features. But looks is very big on the list when I buy a luxary sports coupe'. I might look into buying a new 1 series when they come out, but not that tii model.
Plus, why was it comparing it to an e30 3 series? That thing is no 3 series, nor will it ever be a 3 series. If anything, BMW have been sayuing that the 1 series is tryin to bring back the love from the 2002 sports saloons. - ItsMyWii, on 10/24/2007, -0/+1Well why not? It looks very nice, and that color combination is stunning. I'd buy one right now if it was available, selling my Z3 in a heartbeat.
- inactive, on 10/31/2007, -0/+0I've driven many....and they are nothing special whatsoever. If you think it's worth paying $20-30K more for a Beemer over a Japanese car, be my guest. You're fooling yourself.

- inactive, on 10/24/2007, -1/+1zOmGz SpySHotZ!!! Why are pictures of new cars always "spy shots?" Not that this article is as such, but in general...
- lomaxk, on 10/24/2007, -1/+1I like the front but hate the back of the car.
Don't like the 1'er, my favorite from BMW is the M3 and the 5'er.
