Why on earth every time there is a story about Guitar Hero do you insecure guitar players have to come in and talk about how it's lame because the real guitar is so much harder. The best guitar hero player in the world isn't going to take over for Steve Vai anytime soon, it's a rhythm music game thats extremely fun to play. I'm sorry that it's hurting your ego that so many people enjoy it.

- eclipseyue, on 10/12/2007, -1/+8I disagree. Actually as a guitar player I find guitar hero quite hard! Take the ever-popular buckethead song 'jordan' for example. I can play a good amount of it on an actual guitar but the on guitar hero i can't even pass it *expert of course*.

Lots of guitar players love this game, and some songs are actually harder to play in the game (Monkey Wrench on expert is harder IMO, for example). Also it inspires many non players to pick up the hobby.
