- ncc74656m, on 08/20/2008, -1/+14Kickass. I could totally rock something like that. Now build it BIGGER!
- dazparkour, on 08/20/2008, -1/+14Had them already - I call foul. That's not costless. That's costless if you already bought it, which is like saying I can eat free today if I bought an extra lunch yesterday.

- cawpin, on 08/20/2008, -1/+7We built personal sized hovercraft in my high school transportation class. We used an electric leaf blower for the inflation/hovering. They actually worked quite well.
- sexybobo, on 08/20/2008, -2/+7My nipples explode with delight!
- Chuck95, on 08/20/2008, -3/+7I will not buy this record... EET is scratched.

- darookee, on 08/20/2008, -2/+4so the servos were for free or what?
- jfg84, on 08/20/2008, -0/+2Buried for totally stealing my 1988 science fair project.
- bhavinp, on 08/20/2008, -0/+1I am the only one who was expecting it to be a lot bigger. Cool either way.
- chrisbasham, on 08/20/2008, -1/+2I tried to build a hovercraft like this in middle school. I failed miserably. I ended up just attaching a vacuum hose to the lift hole, put the vacuum in reverse, and gave up on life as I steered this poor piece of foam board with a trash bag skirt by dragging the vacuum around. Sad.
- anksrivastava, on 08/20/2008, -1/+2Bonlebon, I thought that servo doesnt come cheap. Overall a nice effort.
- shutaro, on 08/20/2008, -1/+2With robots!
- mmembrino, on 08/20/2008, -1/+2Pretty ingenious steering mechanism, I would definitely not have thought of that.
- GBowski, on 08/20/2008, -1/+2sound a lot like that myth-busters episode...
what did you use to propel them? - inactive, on 08/20/2008, -1/+1how long does it take?
- inactive, on 08/20/2008, -1/+1Pretty impressive. Now you need to make one you can sit in and drive!
- cpugeek2214, on 08/20/2008, -1/+1These are old, I used to see ads for them in comic books!
- kdsss383, on 12/16/2008, -0/+0Very impressive project. with regards to buiilding a bigger one have a look at airboards. There is a company in Perth that makes them. Google Airboards Perth and look for Arbotech.
I have had a go on them and almost bought the company. They come up for sale now and again on Auction sites.

- ryan850, on 08/20/2008, -3/+2I have a feeling I'm missing something here.
- DjDriftX, on 08/20/2008, -2/+0zzzzzzz. this was essentially my freshman engineering design class, build a hovercraft, run it with the Lego RCX, follow a black line.
- shutaro, on 08/20/2008, -4/+1I rule you!
- nickwsmith, on 08/20/2008, -5/+2i want one
- inactive, on 08/20/2008, -3/+0bravo! Cheap, effective and wise!
- DeFex, on 08/20/2008, -7/+2project hovercraft is a hovercraft project made by Yoda.
- ncc74656m, on 08/20/2008, -7/+2"Do you hear that sound Your Highness? Those are the shrieking eels!"
- galv0, on 08/20/2008, -10/+4I built a hovercraft almost exactly like that in 5th grade. Pretty sweet.
