- Oxygen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+18Wouldn't it be simpler to just type the music video you're looking for into YouTube?
- boojoy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7Hmm. A lot of the ones I came across were low quality videos of live performances of the songs listed, or covers by people sitting at home. This would be sweet if they went through and made sure all the videos were legit.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7I rather visit a music video code website.
www.myvideos.ws

lots - francois87, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3no 2pac? no eric b and rakim? you may digg me down for searching for rap, but this isnt your mainstream crap, i am looking for hip-hops best lyricists..
a futile attempt at cataloging these videos, as a majority of them will all be taken down soon enough for obvious reasons. - drilldown, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3Do not click link. Exploits firefox vulnerability. Thankz.
- isewise, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4I dare someone to copy all the links into a digg comment for "skipping the blog spam"
- BiDi, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Try to make a parser that searches the YouTube for the video artist-name and returns only the links instead. Then people may vote for the best version of the video and then weigh the result order by the number of "this is the best one" ratings (kind of "I'm feeling lucky" search in Google).
This way you will create a self updating site that is based on community ratings. Much better in the long run than one site with 90% of dead links and the rest pointing to crap content. - TyroPyro, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Most of the ones I visited had been deleted. Fighting an uphill battle trying to make a YouTube music video database IMO
- SystmBetatester, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2wealth divided is poverty... say good bye to this list.
- Domestiques, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2it doesnt list a few I am aware of, actually it didnt list any that I am aware of.
- ddcrandall, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yeah. I haven't come across a single music video so far. I came across three or four live videos and then a recap of a season of Buffy set to a song.
- vermin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Or you could use YouTube's built in search to look for music videos...
- 1longtime, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Yes, looks like YouTube is already removing many of these videos.
- drilldown, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1http://videos.techreads.com/videos/videos.php?band=A%20Silver%20Mt.%20Zion#Broken%20Chords%20Can%20Sing%20a%20Little
Completely random choice. Interesting new diggs for music.
Dugg. - rkuchiki, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Something in adblock must be preventing this to work, all I get when I click a link is a updated URL to have #Song%20Title appended to the address. Doesn't do anything productive here.
- geekitechture, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Is there a list for Stage6? The video quality there puts YouTube's to shame. Stage6 is the only site I would bother bookmarking a video list for.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Wow -3 already
I know when people post links, it looks like spam. This isn't spam.
I'm just simply saying that watching music videos on a music video code website is better than this website. I provided some example websites to prove my point. - warragul, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1No AC/DC, no Rolling Stones. Oh, well...
Tried Led Zeppelin; all 3 tracks I tried were unavailable.
Then I tried Robert Johnson; both tracks I tried were unavailable.
Yes, I reported them. Maybe, when enough people report them, they'll be removed.
I had much more success with the Top 500 Riffs compilation. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1If you find any that have people playing the guitar or something to a song, report it as broken. I'll go pick through them and find a better quality when there is a good list of reported ones.
- datalife, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0The first 2 things I looked for weren't on there but 10000 thousand others to watch
edit: Akon and 36 Mafia - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0No it doesn't you ***** ignoramus.
- bariswheel, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1um...
I think I'll just use the search feature on youtube.
thanks though. - avcore, on 10/12/2007, -3/+2"The" Firefox browser. Definitive.
- boyinagreycloud, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Cool idea, I like this a lot. Is this something you've compiled and worked on yourself? Or something you found?
- stonedparadox, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0its a pity u cant dig down topics

youtubes death is soon - drilldown, on 10/12/2007, -3/+1Tried Firefox.
