AT and T to test monthly cap on broadband users
news.newkabul.net — Following the lead of cable giants Comcast and Time Warner, AT&T - the largest broadband provider in the country - has begun a test in Reno that will set monthly limits on broadband users and charge them if they exceed the caps.
