The company put a recycle bin and asked employees to throw away their iPods. On the contrary, Apple CEO Steve Jobs treats Gates with respect when asking him to speak at conferences or having him live on video conference.

- roebeet, on 09/17/2008, -1/+2The poor Zune gets a bad rap. The sales might be low, but that doesn't mean the product itself is an embarrassment. It's actually a solid product - good looking, good SQ and features (the software lock in is an issue, but then again Apple does the same thing).
The problem is that it was too little / too late to stop the Apple behemoth.
