While I have no love for Microsoft, I have the utmost respect and admiration for Bill Gates, and what he has accomplished!
When & if he completely leaves MS, MS is doomed! Don't believe me? Use Mac as an example. Jobs left, and they almost died. He came back and saved them. Gates is the life blood of that company, and is needed to survive.
If you have stock in MS, I recommend you sell when it looks like he's leaving for good!!! I don't think he'll go back.
