- Graemebru, on 01/12/2008, -1/+37In a few days Digg will be back to sucking Steve Job's *****.
Nice interview though, As Bill is pretty much not running the company at all anymore, he has really opened up. - NorthKorea, on 01/12/2008, -3/+30too bad the interviewer is an blubbering idiot.
- GPornMaster, on 01/12/2008, -2/+23Actually, Bill looks very down to earth. Like the guy next door. Ballmer is the one who's kinda crazy.
- umber2007, on 01/12/2008, -2/+21Say what you want about Microsoft, Vista etc. Bill Gates has to be the single most awesome person alive on this planet today.
- inactive, on 01/12/2008, -10/+25I like the part where Bill says Ron Paul is a racist swindler.
- whistlerpro, on 01/12/2008, -2/+17That really was uncut.
- Demitaka, on 01/12/2008, -3/+17I don't care what anyone says . Bill Gates will always be a hero to me. He is a great man with great vision. Sadly I cannot say the same for Steve jobs who happens to be an arrogant prick..
- TheBSG, on 01/12/2008, -1/+15"Hey Bill, watch this: We can shut off ANY monitor!"
- heaintheavy, on 01/12/2008, -1/+9It would have been really funny if someone would have kept turning off Gizmondo's camera via some secret device like a TV-B-Gone for cameras.
- Dylson, on 01/12/2008, -1/+7I agree. Bill gates should be honored for all he has accomplished though.
- British0zzy, on 01/12/2008, -0/+4if Bill Gates is such a hero to you, maybe you should notice that he doesn't go around calling Steve Jobs an arrogant prick to start a petty Microsoft vs Apple flame war.
Try following your hero's civility and save Digg users a lot of headaches. - inactive, on 01/12/2008, -1/+5Seems like Gizmodo is whoring the hell out of their bill gates interview videos. What gives? gives us the whole thing at once.
- Fallout911, on 01/12/2008, -0/+4Gates is great I never understood why people hate him so much.
- inactive, on 01/12/2008, -2/+5disregard my comment.
- iluvmycarolyn, on 01/12/2008, -2/+5Agreed, I don't think Bill even knew what the interviewer was talking about at a point.
- Assezdefromage, on 01/12/2008, -1/+3and that was too far
- brutimus, on 01/12/2008, -2/+4kinda?
- Tanath, on 01/12/2008, -0/+1* Piece by piece.
- tgc1, on 01/12/2008, -0/+1Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers!
- spike22, on 01/13/2008, -0/+1Isn't this the "whole thing at once" on YouTube?
- Dylson, on 01/12/2008, -1/+2Saying that is like going into a pixar movie, like...oh...lets say...a bugs life...and shouting TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!!!!!!11!!1!
- karolisonline, on 01/12/2008, -2/+3finally, these people were keeping us like hostages showing peace by peace of this interview
and by the way he is still running the company, he will retire only in the middle of the year and even then he will still be board member.. - rhylan, on 01/12/2008, -3/+3Sorry, wrong story.... Not that many people would care :P
- scabbers, on 01/12/2008, -2/+2Next up, Gizmodo interview the pope (and give him a wedgie).
- jwShort, on 01/12/2008, -0/+0what is keff?
- crazysamz, on 01/12/2008, -3/+3Bill Bill Bill.... Bill Nye the- I mean Bill Gates the PC Guy!!! Bill Bill Bill (Think of the tune from this- http://youtube.com/watch?v=WjpVQbNpGKo)
Hoorah for Bill, I give credit for a guy that could've retired many years ago, but decided to live a pretty much near-normal life. Other then being rich and all, he doesn't even act like he's rich or anything, which is a good thing. He doesn't seem to waste any of his money on useless junk like most of these other rich guys out there today. Of course, he didn't retire because money was nothing to him, he just wanted to innovate and continue to improve this world, not party for his success or anything like that, or retire early and spend the rest of your life doing nothing. - aedenp, on 01/12/2008, -6/+6Well, we all knew they'd have to redeem their CES shenanigans with something more respectable. Sadly, a failure to address the original criticisms speaks reams on its own.
- Njuuton, on 01/12/2008, -0/+0Bill Gates is keff, he's amazing ! :D
- blueblazer17, on 01/12/2008, -2/+1FFS how many times must we see this?
- tgc1, on 01/12/2008, -4/+3Steve Jobs doesn't really have a personality though. Underneath Gates ruffled exterior, I think there's a kid in there somewhere.
- aussieNickuss, on 01/12/2008, -3/+1Old.
- cohenlewis, on 01/12/2008, -2/+0uuiU won't fool anyone.
edit: This should be richardiscool, Cohen's left himself logged in. For some reason, he gets asked for a CAPTCHA when he comments. - jwShort, on 01/12/2008, -2/+0still seems like a giant dork to me.
- travbrack, on 01/12/2008, -9/+5Bill! Bill! Bill! Bill! Bill! Bill!
- internetworld7, on 01/13/2008, -5/+1Do you get the feeling that Bill Gates wishes he were Steve Jobs? I mean who wouldn't want to be? Steve puts the 'C' in Cool. And if you want to be cool, switch to a Mac like me because now I'm cool. You know what makes me cool? I'm on a platform that is 100% immune to viruses and hackers and just works. Mac OS X Leopard makes me cool. Don't drool, just be cool and switch to a Mac so you won't be thought of as a fool.
- Dylson, on 01/12/2008, -5/+1Is this a reference to Bill Nye the science guy?
- 8bit_Hero, on 01/12/2008, -10/+2uncut like a European penis
- smek2, on 01/12/2008, -9/+1No thanks, i don't really want "every little nugget" from Billy Boy.
- 1234qwer, on 01/12/2008, -13/+2If Bill Gates ran out of toilet papers, would he uses the $100 in his pockets to wipes his ass with it>>
- inactive, on 01/12/2008, -12/+1Keep watching the part till Bill Gates begins chanting "Heil Hitler!".
I can't remember when it is...just KEEP WATCHING, SO CRAZY! - seldon452, on 01/12/2008, -13/+1Devel- OMFG, its breaking through! Developer- NO! I CANT CONTAIN IT! Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers, Developers! (I know that was not bill gates who said that but thats what I think about when I hear "Microsoft")
- rhylan, on 01/12/2008, -16/+2Go Ron Paul!
