Xandros 4: The best desktop Linux for Windows users

desktoplinux.com — What's the best desktop Linux? For me, it's SimplyMEPIS 6.5, soon to be replaced by 7.0. But this is both a dumb question and a dumb answer. The real question is: What's the best desktop operating system for you?

  • schestowitz, on 10/10/2007, -1/+5I don't mean to rain on this parade, but when you buy Xandros, you pay Microsoft. Brad Smith gave it away.

    I'd avoid Xandos. They should have fun with all that money they received from Microsoft to sell out and sign a deal that implicitly says Linux infringes on Microsoft IP.
