With KDE 4.2 release Kate editor will get Vi input mode

hamberg.no — Vi input mode for the Kate kpart was marked as done in the feature plan for KDE 4.2. This new feature started as a Google Summer of Code project and will also benefit KDevelop 4 IDE. Here is the presentation of the features that will be in the Vi input mode for the Kate part in KDE 4.2.
