Get it from the source and bury this ripoff. - pHr34kY, on 08/28/2008, -0/+3This is COPYPASTA!
http://digg.com/linux_unix/10_Fundamental_Differen ... - pHr34kY, on 08/28/2008, -0/+3Yes, but you can expect digg users to recognise something that is copypasta from an article that made Digg's front page yesterday.
- inactive, on 08/27/2008, -0/+3Linux is better for the world than Windows
- DestroyFascism, on 08/28/2008, -1/+3Agree. The platform itself is actually easier to operate than windows. Take Ubuntu and features like aptitude and you literally have a world of software available for you at any time. The thing is you don't need to hunt around the internet looking for a free (and virus free) version of common applications like desktop record, screen capture, office software, POS software etc. Its all there for you when you need it. There are too many things to mention why anyone who would try say, Ubuntu and if given a bit of time to understand the system (6 months or so) will never go back to windows unless you have a software package made for windows only. Sure it has flaws and rough edges but it does not come at a cost of performance and TCO.

He STOLE it!
He STOLE Jack Wallen's work and posted it without the author's name.
ahishnayyar, quit being a scumbag thief. If you take someone elses work, you MUST leave their name on it. Pretending you wrote it is a GREAT way to get sued. - abajaj2280, on 08/30/2008, -0/+1Okay, yes. I recently realized that the link was his own blog.
Don't advertise yourself on Digg unless you have something original, which you DON'T. - abajaj2280, on 08/27/2008, -2/+1I agree with you, but you can't expect one user to search the entire internet for a duplicate.
