- jeb4, on 08/01/2008, -0/+1It all makes sense now... once ACTA is enforced, then 15-20% of citizens of the United States will be fined for their crimes of holding illegal copies of copyrighted material. A chunk of these fines will go back to the RIAA, feeding the machine. The rest will go straight to the US government to help pay off the insurmountable and ever-growing debt as a country.
